San Marcos Premium Outlets

I love shopping at the Kate Spade and Lulu stores! I also enjoy driving around to see if any store catches my eye. Very nice outlet mall where you can find great deals. I had snacks and water in my car so that I could drop off stuff and take a mini break before driving to other stores. I did stop at restrooms every now and then, and had to look at a map and then drive to them.

Love this place! They have all the stores the I love, I come 3 times per year to get all the things the I need, the prices on the high end store are AMAZING!!!
Pd. The new store of niche perfume is really good 👍 , the got all the Valentino collection

Visited the outlet after many years and was impressed with the variety of brands available.

Due to Black Friday the parking was hard to find. Has huge parking lot. Tanger outlets are right next to it.

What can I say this place is a shopping paradise and a non-shoppers nightmare. Parking can be crazy on the weekends as the place fills up fast. There’s pretty much every store here with decent bargains if you look around. We come once or twice a year and always leave feeling we got some good deals.

If you’re looking for a good deal on shoes, this is a good place to stop

I need to shop with someone who needs stuff. You can get stuff for every budget. I recommend an entire day- weekday preferably to avoid crowds and to shop without fear of someone getting the last jacket in your size. Relax and get the credit cards paid off before you come.

Good outlet just a lot of walking and i. The summer bring water and prepare to walk or repark car. Went today and the high was 112 being all cement and not much shade besides the walkway outside the buildings

The biggest Premium outlet in Texas! It was everything you need to shop. Most of the big brands are located here with big spaces to showcase all their items.

There is a big parking area so even if it gets busy you will have a space to park.

I would advise to go there on weekdays as it gets too crowded on weekends to enjoy.

GUCCI GUCCI GUCCI! The outlet is amazing. If you’re looking for designer items on a budget (shoes specifically) this is a great place to visit. They had the Denim Angelina Platforms for only $160, running originally for $690 on the Gucci website. Highly recommend!

This place has everything for everyone to shop from! Lovely place! There's lots of food, snack, n drink choices and places to sit n take a break as well! ...EVEN a extra large chess game in the courtyard to play! 🥰👍👍

I've been going to this mall for my entire life. It's hard to shop for a guy but not here. There's something for everyone!

I went to find my Halloween costume and sure enough there was a spirit of Halloween store there. This mall never disappoints.

Huge area of outlets, together with Tanger outlets, you can find everything in fashion and clothing at very good discounts.

If you're looking for a high-end place to shop at, this is the place. They have lots of high-end brand stores like Gucci, Prada, Louis Vuitton, Coach, Chanel, etc., to name a few. There's also Nike, Adidas, and Puma outlets and lots of other stores. However, as you would imagine, it is always super crowded. But a good place to find special or expensive gifts.

It is the largest outlet I have seen so far. Shopping options are plentiful with many store brands. The pricing and variety of merchandise is excellent. I would recommend going or taking any visitors here if you were to do some shopping. Don’t forget that you can get back tax if you are a visitor to the USA.

It had been thirty years since I came back to shop here again. And I love, love this place bcz it has almost everything we need for a shopping outlet mall, and some of the stores have some excellent salespeople, but some are not so nice also. If you are going to work in a place where you only interact with different kinds of people, you should always be ready to give your best service no matter what. Unless, of course, you are being degraded at some point, but treat them with a classy attitude. You can give your opinion classily without looking like a non-educated person. Right? ✌👍

My husband and kids came out here for a vacation, I’ve been coming here as a kid this was the first time I showed my husband this place and he loved it!!!
