Michael, in sales, was extremely knowledgeable of all the vehicles that he showed me. He was very professional and courteous and kind! I certainly will trust my next purchase with him!! The dealership in itself was calm and relaxed and all the staff was extremely helpful and attentive. My overall experience was enjoyable!

I went last Saturday to purchase a new Ram 1500 and the entire Staff was amazing and made everything so comfortable. Jorge was my salesman and Xavier also assisted with helping me find the truck that I liked. I never felt pressured or anything. I loved my experience . Dominique was the finance person who was by herself for so many people and she handled everything great !! I absolutely loved my time there at San Marcos Dodge and would highly recommend coming here to buy your new vehicle 😀

I had just bought a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee when it started to have multiple issues. I had taken it down the road to a dealership closer to me, and had a horrible experience. Throughout that stressful time, I was looking for an answer and called San Marcos Jeep. Clint answered the phone and has been wonderful ever since. After explaining the issues and the service I haven't gotten elsewhere, Clint took action immediately and helped me with my car. He was always good at communication, and treated me with respect which I did not get elsewhere. Being a young woman who knew that my situation was just as deserving of service as the next guy, I will never not go to Clint for any service. This is how car buyers deserve to be treated.

My wife and I had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Jason who was very friendly and professional. This is the second time purchasing a car from this dealership and I can honestly say they really do try and help you if you’re in a certain situation. I had just gotten my previous car that I bought from them totaled from an accident that wasn’t my fault and of course the person that hit me had no insurance. These guys really did work with what my budget was and monthly payments I was looking for. They didn’t try to upsale me and pressure me into anything new new. I appreciate their time and patience. Walked out the same day with a car I love and really happy with at a price and monthly payment I’m comfortable with. Definitely recommend them and salesman Jacoby.

Can’t begin explain the great experience I had here. Was referred to Cody & Charles on a Monday and by Wednesday of the same week, the truck was in my driveway and keys in my hand. Everybody from sales to finance was professional, efficient, & transparent. I explained where I wanted to be monthly payment wise and they made it happen. They even made a 3 hr trip and drove the truck down to me. Highly recommend anyone looking, to get in touch with Cody or Charles. Most smooth & seamless process I’ve ever had buying a car.

Im currently stationed overseas in Europe, I’ve had trouble with MOPAR Supplies online. Ordering parts for my 2021 RAM and other Dodge dealerships NOT able to ship overseas has been a hassle. I don’t understand why shipping to P.O. Boxes is a big deal if the customer is willing to pay.

BUT Today’s customer service from Mason in the parts department was a huge help, gave him the part number, and confirmed they had it on hand, way too easy. Shipped it same day, sent me a receipt via email and input it on my file, definitely deserves a shout out! Thanks brother

Holy WOW. From test driving with Joey, to details/paperwork with Mike D, and finance with Queen Dominique, WOW WOW WOW.
