Our very first time ever! 60+ and never been to Chick-Fil-A!We are English, and we don't have it in England.

A simple chicken sandwich and a shake for 2. Just real simple and tasty.. The service? Wow, it far exceeded expectations. It was clean and very tidy. It was cheap. It was tasty. It hit the spot for two weary travellers. The manager came by and said hi and cared about what we thought. He actually gave a damn. OUTSTANDING. Free gifts, too, as 1st timers.

Great place to eat. Although it's kinda pricey for the serving size. Could pay same amount for a full plate at a full service restaurant.

Good food. Speed of service was okay. Priority given to delivery services for monetary purposes over in-person customers.

The customer service is top teir over here. I was asked numerous time by kitchen staff if I was helped, I already had my order taken just waited for my shakes. The sweet lady working the front is a super hard worker always coming around asking if we needed anything or refills. she was also collecting trash and cleaning tables.

This customer service is what all businesses should strive to achieve. Keep it up yall!!!!

Can you ever go wrong with Chick Fil A? Always a great experience, great healthier options to choose from than other fast serve restaurants, and CFA food taste so much better!

My daughter loves Chick-fil-A. If she could she would eat there every day. The only bad thing is that at some locations they don't have the spicy chicken strips which are our favorite thing to get there. They also have some of the best lemonades.

Always great service.. Machines need to be updated.. It always denies my card , then they run it 2 times and it finally goes through.. We love our kyle chickfila

Never bother to eat inside, but they have what seems to be the most efficient drive through system I have ever seen. To top it off, it's the only fast food restaurant to never get my order wrong.

Well it's hard not to like Chick fila. Even though I'm not a die hard chick fila fan as some are, it truly is the best as far as fast food goes. It's been a rough few years for the service industry and having eaten out a lot more than planned the past 2 years, this is the only place I can guarantee I'll be greeted with a smile and kind customer service.

Chick-fil-a never disappoints , we love the customer service and professionalism we experience here. Can't forget to mention the fresh tasty food always on point. Even when it's 10min till closing they never run out of items on their menu like a certain place next door.

What can one say about Chick-fil-A... Always consistent, always perfect, this location in Kyle had superb service! Despite their ignorant stance on homosexuality, my usual location has an obviously gay employee, which I admire! I live in and from Austin, which is considerably more open minded than "Texas". I'll still go once a week for "healthier fast food. (Spicy Chicken sandwich, extra lettuce)👌

This was Fast we dine inside was clean ..The staff was busy but they did good on their process and Lucy was very observant..and quick to notice people's needs.
