Night and day treatment San Marcos Best Buy was a wonderful experience. We immediately had Luis help us and answer our tv questions, we highly recommend asking for him.

Magic and Mackenzie were EXTREMELY kind and helpful while I was literally crying tears about losing the backup on my new iPhone today. I thought all of the pictures on my phone from the past 10 years were gone. I was very sweetly greeted by Magic who quickly pulled in Mackenzie to help. They did everything in their power to help and were so kind in the process and I am truly grateful. Everyone in the store truly treated me with so much respect as tears were rolling down my face. Mackenzie was somehow able to magically get all of my pictures back on my phone. Thank you so much. 🫶

Ricardo worked with my wife and I to purchase a new tv. He was exceptional, very knowledgable and helpful. We initially did purchase the tv from Best Buy but had much difficulty with the Best Buy Total Protection plan delivery which had nothing to do with the store or any of the employees at the store. After several attempts to have it delivered (off site delivery group). Ricardo was gracious enough to refund our money to purchase the tv elsewhere. It was a Christmas gift from my kids to get the new tv in time for the University of Texas bowl game. We really appreciate Ricardo going above and beyond with customer service to make sure our needs were met. Thank you Ricardo!! Thank you for your leadership in selection of employees at that store which is greatly appreciated. Our only hope is that the external support (Best Buy total protection, delivery department, etc) can improve their performance to the level of this store’s customer service.

I had an appointment with the Geek Squad and they took me sooner. The technician reviewed my product and answered my questions. He told me exactly what the best deal was for me. Even if it meant going somewhere else.

They had a great price for the item we bought. The rep in appliances helped me find another item at a different store since they didn't carry it. Thank you.

The manager Destinie helped me out so much. My computer broke and she was able to get me a refund and the help I needed. This place was a real one for a struggling college student just trying to do her work.

We generally get very good service at the store. I bought a rangetop online which didn't fit. They came out to measure and recommend what I need. Then told me to go to the store to select a correct item.

Sales girl, Angel was absolutely helpful and friendly. Best service I've had in a long time. I was having an issue finding the right refrigerator, she searched, did research and spent a lot of time helping me and was very nice. Great job! I'll be back!

Went in today and was helped by a lovely person by the name of John! He was so incredibly helpful, I initially came in looking for a computer with no real knowledge of the specs and what not. He was honest and went over all the pros and cons and shared helpful knowledge on the products. He wasn’t pushing on me to buy the most expensive items and was very patient to my many questions. I was shocked to find out he was seasonal, based on his extensive knowledge and amazing customer service. I ended up opening a credit card and spending double my initial spending goal. The most pleasant experience i’ve had at a best buy thus far!

Went in to purchase a cord for our Xbox and a new remote control. Both brand new with little knowledge of the cord we needed or remote. No pictures or information about the TV except a couple things we remembered. The worker who helped us must be a wizard with tech because we went in and out, in not even 10 minutes. Walked around for a little and he helped us right away. Couldn't be more grateful for the help and respect he showed us, thanks again for the help Best Buy! Will definitely be back for a new Ipad and headphones soon.

Today was 02/14/23 and Ricardo and Kyle were SUPER helpful! They literally saved my Valentine's day because they found me an unlocked phone that I needed to get back to work for such a great price I can still take my girlfriend out for dinner tonight! I hadn't been to Best Buy in YEARS but will be back.

Miss Robin that helped me was the best!. She was so smooth LOL it was the little girl at the door first day, and I was trying to explain something to her and miss Robin just slid right in there and was perfect. She saved a little girl at the door LOL. Yes very helpful. I even bought another blink LOL

I went in looking for an iPad to give as a gift. I was immediately welcomed as I walked into the door and once I made it to the Apple section Pamela helped us out. She helped us compare the different iPad we were looking at and helped us order one online to be shipped closer to home. Pamela went above and beyond for us! She took her time with us and we didn’t feel rushed at all!
