Cavender Nissan already came recommended by a co-worker but let me tell you, they did NOT disappoint. Jennifer and Karla worked tirelessly to make my car shopping easy and that’s even with my bad credit! These 2 ladies even got me in a better used car than I had walked in the door anticipating. I’m so happy with my purchase and will shop with them again! Thank you ladies!

With low volumes of cars and prices so high, my husband and I spent the last year looking for a car. With help from Anthony, we were able to find our dream car, at an affordable price! We are so happy with our purchase. The staff and process from start to end was amazing.

If you are going to Nissan to find a car ask for Anthony! He is professional, confident, and he doesn't beat around the bush. You can tell he's experienced in this field and really tries to get you the best deal possible!

Also, the business manager Karla is awesome! She is very thorough and takes time to keep you informed about your purchase. On top of that she's just really funny and light-hearted which was excellent.

The service staff were very friendly and Kristian. They completed my oil change and tire rotation in a timely manner. Provided a shuttle to and from a local restaurant for us to have lunch while the work was done. My service advisor pointed out some scuffs in my car that he said he would bid out for me if I brought it back in. I am very pleased with the service I received.

I was very happy with my experience at Cavender Nissan San Marcos. I was very specific about what I wanted and more specifically what I didn't want and everyone really came on board. Craig was amazing in showing us the vehicle we wanted and was great and hearing us out and making this experience smooth. We haven't made a decision yet are still exploring all options. With that though I would definitely recommend family and friends they definitely treat you right and are not pushy with the whole process.

I had an emergency (giant rock hit my car) while traveling. I called the dealership and Vinny was like bring it right over. I arrived and Vinny took me right in. He is wonderful! I was happy with the service I received and with price I received on the vehicle. I recommend that anyone purchasing a used car receive an independent assessment by a third party mechanic before they buy. When I got my assessment the mechanics were very impressed by the condition of the vehicle, which reflects well on Cavender dealerships. The vehicle had been registered with a collision on CarFax, but the mechanics told me that they couldn't imagine the vehicle did more than roll into something at 3-4mph and there was no damage except a scuff on some of the paint. Cavender was able to work with me on my trade-in value, and after consulting with friends who have sold or currently sell cars I believe that they gave me an excellent final price.

Buying a car is a negotiation, and dealers are motivated to push you into buying the same day you view the car and into using their financing. While I certainly did experience that, it's not something that you can hold against them. It really is a critical part of making a dealership profitable. You should feel comfortable saying "No".

Took my GTR recently for the 1k mile Point of Service. The Service Advisor was efficient and kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle. A courtesy driver was available to return me to my home while my car was being serviced. The driver was friendly and a pleasure to ride with. Overall a good customer experience and I will be bringing my car for future service needs.
