Embassy Suites by Hilton San Marcos Hotel Conference Center

We reserved a block of rooms for the guests of our daughter’s wedding in Wimberly. Guests were comfortable however, we had a little bit of a snafu initially with the room block. Kelsey was quick to help straighten everything out even though her department was in catering and hospitality . She was extremely helpful in putting together our beautiful departure brunch and made sure that we had everything need to make our guests comfortable. She was organized, most pleasant and her follow through was exceptional. She is truly an asset to the Conference center. Paola was also a part of the service team and was invaluable in making sure food was replenished and kept the buffet looking beautiful. She was very attentive to our guests requests and was a pleasure to have serving our guests. A big thank you to the team for such wonderful service!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Embassy Suites by Hilton San Marcos Hotel Conference Center, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff who made me feel welcome and at ease.

The hotel itself is beautiful and spacious My suite was incredibly clean and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could need.

One of the things I loved most about the Embassy Suites was the complimentary breakfast.

The hotel also has a great selection of amenities, including an outdoor pool, a fitness center, and a spa.

Overall, I had an amazing stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton San Marcos Hotel Conference Center. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. Here are some of the specific things I loved:

The Embassy Suites in San Marcos is an absolutely AMAZING place to host an event and their Rooms and Amenities are SO good! This hotel clearly exemplifies the standard rule of the Client coming first and I will be using this facility again!

Every time I visit Texas I love staying at this hotel!! It’s definitely my favorite !!
The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable, The rooms are spacious, clean and well-maintained. The beds aré very comfortable and the amenities are great.
The location it’s perfect very close to the San Marcos mall and lots of stores and restaurants.

We tremendously enjoyed our stay. The room was great along with the location! However most importantly the service was superb!!
We originally had a room located on a floor with several little league players! Upon checking in, the ladies at the front desk were amazing. They suggested we change our room to a more suitable location. They also gave great suggestions on places to go.

If you remember the story of the “Princess and the Pea”, that is me. I never sleep well the first night I stay somewhere. However, last night I slept for 9 hours, getting up several times, but was able to go right back to sleep! I slept better at Embassy Suites (San Marcos) than I do at home!!! I give them a 10+ rating! It made so much easier. Many thanks to the amazing staff that I’m good They texted me to make sure everything was going well for my stay. A handicap room was not available when we checked in until later and we had already gotten our suitcases into a room. They made the change to a handicap accessible room happen and made my stay so much easier!!! Many thanks to all the amazing staff!!!

This place is great. Derick at the bar makes amazing drinks and is so incredibly sweet, charismatic, knowledgeable and hard working. He's a definite asset to this establishment.

Only problem I had at this place was when I sent a request for toilet paper via the teleprompter on the phone, we never got the toilet paper.

The bar is great!!! Hotel was sold out so I can't speak for the rooms, but my friends and I were given A++ service at the bar by Derrick and Anita. They offered great mixed drink recommendations to my group and were super friendly! It's rare to find this kind of friendly atmosphere in any kind of establishment; especially not expecting it in a hotel. I'll definitely come back!

We recently hosted a convention at this location and everything was wonderful. The staff is very attentive and made planning the entire event easy. The location is excellent and close to many things!

It was our first time staying at this hotel and we had a wonderful experience. The service was top notch! Jose and Miguel were really friendly and help us out when we ask them about restaurants around the area to get a bite. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and family members so they can also have a great experience.

If this Hotel were closer to where I lived it would be the only place that I recommend for family to stay at when they visit. The grounds are so well kept and clean, and the Staff was absolutely wonderful 10/10 DO recommend

Enjoyed the hospitality! Breakfast lynch happy hour. My husband had flowers delivered on Valentines day and the staff are sure I got them. Just an awesome week stay.

Absolutely the nicest hotel I've stayed in! The annual EWTG conference was hosted here, so I decided to book a stay at the hotel for the duration of the conference. My room was so spacious and so clean! And, the on-site restaurant and coffee shop were great! I didn't drive myself to San Marcos, so I really appreciated that all of my needs were met without having to leave the hotel. All of the staffers were so polite, personable, and professional! It's a beautiful hotel and I'd definitely stay here again!

Embassy Suites is pet friendly, obviously! My apartment flooded and was not livable for the weekend, so I booked me and my kitties a room. They welcomed us with open arms, and it's a nice place to stay with lots of amenities. Thank you, Embassy Suites!

We didn't stay in a room, but our event was here. The staff was helpful and friendly. Loved the bar and there was plenty of places to sit and relax. Wish the gift shop had more San Marcos stuff....

I visited San Marcos last weekend to see my sister while she was in school, and I had some downtime so I stopped into the embassy suites. I was staying at a different hotel, but I wish I had stayed at the embassy. I love their rooms and I especially love their bar. Of course, as my sister was taking her sweet time, I spent more time at the bar than anticipated. Even though I got more buzzed than originally intended, the bartender was great and took care of me. Liam is one of the better young bartenders I've seen, he's better than many of the young bartenders in the San Marcos area.

This is an excellent place to stay, while you are in the San Marcus area. Very family friendly, and handicap accessible. There is a huge breakfast each morning, and excellent amenities. I've never had a bad experience with the staff; they are always so polite, and courteous.

Attended an event with about 300 other employees and you rocked the Friday night team buffet and beautiful Saturday morning break with a cheese & fruit table. Great service, plenty of space and lovely lounge area!

We stayed at the hotel for a night. We were having some AC issues when we arrived. I called the front desk and within 3 minutes they sent Miguel from maintenance to our room. He was fast and apologized for the inconvenience. He brought his tools and fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes!!! He was awesome!! Love the shower pressure and the breakfast. Can’t go wrong with the happy hour and evening snacks

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the amenities were top-notch. A special shoutout to the talented bartender, Liam, whose mixology skills added a delightful touch to my evenings at the hotel's bar. Cheers to a memorable experience!
