Fix your pay at pump stuff. I'd rather drive to a different gas station and pay more than"please go see cashier"

Air pump is broken, and does not work. The hose does not have a nozzle attachment on it, so there is no way to pump air.

The employee at the counter was incredibly rude and unhelpful. He demanded a receipt for the transaction at the air pump for a refund, but the machine does not print receipts.
Incompetent, rude, unhelpful.

The worst 7-Eleven I've ever been to in my entire life out of the 10 states that I've been to. The restrooms are not clean at all and nothing is stocked up. And on the Snapple it says two for $3 with 7 rewards but I was charged $5.19 even with the rewards. Twice within 10 months that I was overcharged. I don't appreciate that all at. The listed price on the refrigerator doesn't matter what's on the register at all. I don't appreciate being ripped off. This is the last time I'm coming here.

The boy on the register just watched me dig out my card & pay. Then said thank you to the guy next to me and tried to hand him my bag of stuff.🤯

Walked in and they made my 10 year old son wait outside while I paid because he didn’t wear shoes in. Wish I could leave 0 stars.

This is Kyle Tx, and it was nasty around the drink station and they needed to restock was very empty. Never seen like this and the Icee machine are always down at this store.
