I have had exceptional service with the team at Revitalize Skin MD. Highly recommend! They take time understanding my needs or desires, they thoroughly assess what services will meet those needs. They provide great recommendations. They are so friendly, approachable, kind and considerate. They do a great job of follow up care.

This is the first medical spa I’ve been to that truly cares about YOU. They really listen to your concerns and are not trying to just sell you stuff. I feel so special whenever I go and enjoy the experience thoroughly. They’re knowledgeable and kind. Warning - if you get any facial with Priscilla, know that you’ll be hooked forever! She’s the BEST and has magic in her hands. Cadie is also awesome. She is very thorough and detailed and allows you to enjoy even if the treatment is painful. Dani helps at the front desk and is so responsive even by text and accommodates with busy schedules. So basically the ENTIRE experience from making an appointment to the actual services are done at top notch levels. And even post care - they text you to check on you no matter what service.

I don’t usually write reviews but couldn’t pass on this one. It’s one of the best businesses in Waco and I hope to see more with that level of customer care come here!

Revitalize SkinMD is amazing at customer service and their environment is really remarkable!!!! Revitalize is the best. Dr. Patel is honest, caring, and thorough. I always trust his professional opinion/judgement, there’s no one else in town I’d rather go to! If you are shopping around for a Botox place, please go here. I’ve gotten Botox in Waco and a couple places in the DFW area and they don’t come close to here. Dr Patel does an amazing job listening to what I want and giving me the best results I’ve gotten. On top of that all of the staff are pleasant and kind. They are the best!

This was by far one of the BEST experiences of my life. Priscilla set the bar HIGH for my first facial ever. From the customer service experience all the way until I left the office, I felt pampered! I most definitely will be back and highly encourage everyone to stop by asap!!!

I just can’t say enough great things about this place, they offer top of the line skin care services. The staff is so knowledgeable, educated & professional. The services I’ve had so far are, Botox, BBL photo facial & a hydra facial. Next is micro blading. I have had Botox from several places around town. However, the results I have achieved from here are far better than anywhere else. I am lifer for sure, check them out, you won’t be disappointed!!

Dr. Patel and his staff are all so amazing. I actually drive 2 hours just to go to this clinic because I trust Dr. Patels expertise so much, and also because he takes the time to get to know you. I love my experience every time I have an appointment. The staff is great and very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Patel did Botox and lip injections and it looks very natural and healed very quickly. He also numbed me enough that I didn’t feel any pain. Andrea is great with micro needling and laser hair removal with no pain or discomfort. Priscilla did my hydrafacial which was my first and I loved it and the results. I highly recommended this place and will definitely keep going.

I love it here! I am dark skined African American woman. Revitalize SkinMD changed my face. After finishing the series of laser hair removal my skin glows and is so smooth. I love being hair free. They listen to your needs, follow up and engage you with amazing conversations. They truly care and love all their patients! If you haven't been, then Go Now!
