Stopped in for the first time today, and we'll be going back again soon! Probably because of the weather, we were the only people there. Food came out piping hot and cooked to perfection! Even the fries were just the right crispiness and seasoned well. I had the catfish poboy, husband had the shrimp and grits. Good flavor and the food was done just right. Kind of wish the Bourdain Balls had a dipping sauce, but they didn't really need it. Service was fast and friendly!

My son and I decided to try Hurry Back Cajun today after I have been following her for 18 months. She did not disappoint! Well seasoned, perfectly prepared Cajun food so good you can taste the love! I have never had better in my life!

I got the voodoo catfish. Couldn't wait to bring it home. It did not disappoint. It seemed a little bit pricey but it's enough for two people or one hungry Cajun. Catfish is cooked just right, nice and flaky and the shrimp and gravy on top is amazing. It may have a bit to much sodium for anyone sensitive to it. But I will definitely be back for this one and to try their other menu items!

Dang, this place is delicious. I called ahead and ordered when I was 10 minutes out and once I showed up I had to wait an additional 25 so that was a drawback but the food was really phenomenal and worth the wait in 106 degree Texas heat. The strawberry lemonade is incredible too!! Lots of sodium in this dish but I’d order it again

Listen here children.... I've been sent by the Food Gods to deliver this message. IDK which Demi-God commissioned the Voodoo Catfish but it is heavenly! Now I'm very particular about my fish, oftentimes you find people undercook/fry and over season but THIS FISH RIGHT HERE is PERFECT. That catfish was clearly raised on a farm in the Mississippi Delta eating the finest of feed and listening to the blues! IT HAD FLAVOR and didn’t taste like Lind water!
Who knew catfish topped with seafood and sauce could actually remain crispy. We also ordered the chicken pasta and it was amazing…extremely flavorful... it was succulent I tell ya!

Find where HurryBack is parked at an event and try them out, I promise you will NOT be disappointed. Chef Chenitha informed us that she and staff are also available for catering, if ever I’m in charge of an event I will def be hiring Neke and her crew.

I ordered a Thanksgiving spread. I want to tell you the chef came through. I got a fried turkey with three sides. All I had to do was heat it up and serve everyone was satisfied. Everyone was happy. The food was delicious. This meal being catered made a more relaxing and peaceful Thanksgiving.

PLEASE do yourself a great service and try this place! I was introduced at a women's event and have hired HurryBack twice for my own events...and it is authentic, tasty, and simply the best. The service is great and .... Trust me, try the stuffed potatoes 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

Everything hot 🔥 fresh and delicious some of the best grits I have ever had in my life super friendly and aswome women running the the truck she don't miss a beat and she was working alone wich is not ez we got a little bit of earthing and it was seasoned to perfection

My husband surprised me with dinner on his way home today and brought me my favorite anytime dish, shrimp n' grits. I took one bite and couldn't stop. They were so delicious. On top of the good food, my husband raved about the young man who helped him and made the food. He said he was extremely polite, professional, and just super pleasant to talk to. Makes my heart happy to hear about our young out there working hard and doing a good job doing it. This place is definitely one of our go-to spots from now on. Thank you for making my heart happy tonight. 😊

We had HubbyBack cater for our sons college graduation party and the food was excellent! I was happy to have plenty of leftovers to send home with our son and his friends. The sliders, chicken and waffles and meatballs were delish!
Chenitha was perfectly on time even though I wasn't due to traffic and she was very understanding :)

Hurry Back Catering food truck, located on Center Street in Kyle, Texas, may seem like a typical food truck...offering, for the most part, fast food. Nothing could be farther from the truth. Don't expect to place your order, and then be handed your food in a few minutes. The food is cooked at the time the order is placed. It is served hot and delicious...and worth the wait for the food to be ready. It is "soul warming"...soothing the stress right out of the one consuming this fabulous fare. The portions are large, and definitely worth the wait...and the price.

I've passed this place several times in the past and decided to stop by today. I ordered the Voodoo Catfish and added a side of fries. I love seafood and have eaten seafood East Coast, West Coast, Louisiana, Cancun, Acapulco etc etc and let me tell you this was the best tasting catfish I have ever had. Awesome food!!! My family and I will definitely be back.

Punctual, humble, kind, great hospitality and the FOOD will put you in another demographic. My Tastebuds are still screaming with excitement..She has gained my business. Will def drive that hr again. We’ve ordered from the food truck several times & are always blown away. So when she offered a Thanksgiving dinner, we couldn’t resist! Every single dish was absolutely delicious!!! I highly recommend trying every single item on her regular menu!

Boudin balls were excellent. Came with some delicious unexpected dipping sauce (I should have known better)! Used Uber, fries were surprisingly still crispy. Shrimp too, perfectly seasoned. Will order again, maybe tonight. Thanks Ladies!

The food provided for our party last weekend was a huge success! We ordered all three kinds of lasagna, vegetable tray, fruit tray and cheese with cracker tray. Everyone raved about it and wanted to know where it came from. Thank you for your professionalism and your absolute talent with cooking!

If you want some excellent Cajun food this is definitely the place to be. One of my favorite dishes is the swamp potato. It’s a baked potatoes filled with Cajun love that has just enough kick to it and it’s bursting with flavor. It’s not just a regular potato! You gotta try it!

I have also used Hurryback to cater my 50th birthday party. She did a full service plated dinner for my guests and everything was perfect.

I am a Louisiana Native who has been in Austin TX since 2012. There are very few places here that have authentic Cajun food, (that taste good). I was ecstatic when I met Ms. Ellis and learned that she was also from Louisiana and prepared the food I grew up on. Her food is more than delicious, when I want lunch, dinner, dessert, I know who to call. If you have an event, party, small get together, or just want lunch or dinner order HurryBack.

BEST catfish I have ever had, great flavor, perfectly cooked and seasoned! I need to try some of their other options but I can’t help it I’m addicted to the catfish! Very nice owner, 10/10!
