CVS

I shop at the CVS in Kyle, Tx on Centre St and I35. I also have all my prescriptions filled at the pharmacy there. I want to praise the pharmacist, Ramon, and all the rest of the pharmacy staff. They treat you so well. It almost makes you feel like a family plus their work ethics are excellent. I have not known Ramon very long, but he always has a smile on his face and treats me like a long lost friend. Their care is excellent and professional always. My only issue with CVS is just as I am getting comfortable with their staff behind the pharmacy, they get rotated out of the store. Otherwise, I’m very happy there.

Such a great pharmacy staff. The pharmacist was incredible. I have a sick dog at home and he was so compassionate. Definitely coming back here.

I want to take a moment to Thank Ramon, the manager of the pharmacy for his generous courtesy to help serve us last Week when we came for the Covid Vaccine!! We do all of our pharmacy business here, but this time we met Ramon who exceeded our expectations!! I could see he is very intelligent, a problem solver, courteous, kind ,caring and thoughtful with a huge smile on his face!!! Thank you Ramon for serving the people in Kyle with your unique pesonality and adept skills!!!

Went to the pharmacy to get my prescription filled. Incredible staff very helpful. And they made sure I wasn't waiting too long. Wish I had this staff back in my home state.

I’ve been coming to this pharmacy at this location for over 10 years. I’ve never ever had a problem getting any prescriptions filled for anyone in my household. I’ve also never encountered any rudeness. If you’re polite from the beginning, it will usually be reciprocated in turn. It’s unfortunate so many reviewers on here had different experiences. I can’t figure out why, I get refills every month.

Pharmacist Weaver went above and beyond today. I have been dealing with severe tooth pain. I had a dentist appointment near the end of the day today, but I didn’t have time to go to the pharmacy in Round Rock because I wanted to watch my nephew’s first basketball game in Kyle. I went to CVS in Kyle after my nephew’s game. It was a little after 8PM, and the pharmacy closes at 9PM. I was hoping I could get my medicine within 15 minutes, but I wasn’t sure since it was so late. Pharmacist Weaver took care of both of my prescriptions in the drive-thru without me even asking. I was so thankful! I never write reviews, but I felt I needed to with this experience because it was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a pharmacy. She also gave a great consultation over my new medication. Thank you so much, Pharmacist Weaver!

Went into this pharmacy skeptical on how I would be treated as the reviews prior to me coming were God awful. Because of this, I decided to go inside as I didn't want to have any problems via drive thru. Upon entering to pick up my prescription I was pleasantly surprised as the woman tech, Shardae'( I think), was extremely friendly, professional and patient with me. Even when the woman Pharmacist got involved (Maureen) I was blow away with her willingness to take time out of the VERY BUSY store and explain to me what I needed to do and made sure I understood. She exemplified true care towards me and I appreciated that! Both of them were angels and extremely professional. I needed to take it upon myself to write this review so that the next (me) won't feel apprehensive upon entering this CVS location

The girl with the curly hair is a sweetheart. I was very hesitant upon asking for her assistance. However, she approached me and asked me what I was looking for! I asked her if she had any sulfur soap in within an instant she snapped her fingers and found it within seconds. I have looked around the other stores but had no luck. She is wonderful and extremely helpful. When we were checking out she asked me if I had any other questions andreally made sure I was okay. You can't get that kind of service anywhere else

Friendly staff, they greet you as walk in. I'm always in and out, the staff is knowledgeable on what's on the shelves. And the pharmacy is great, love this CVS
