AutoNation Chevrolet Waco Service Center

We are winter Texan's for the 1st time from Canada. We chose AutoNation due to the location and reviews. We needed an oil change and tire rotation.
Rodney was our Service Advisor, and was professional and thorough. We waited in the customer waiting area and received a video from the service technician on what he did during the visit.
We had a nice chat with Rodney & Paul before we left. They both provided points of interest and restaurant suggestions locally.
We would highly recommend AutoNation. Good service!

Rodney my servuce advisor went above and beyond to help me. He let me know what was going on. He had the technician look at it and see what was making noise until they found the issue. Rodney kept me up to date on everything. I highly recommend giving Rodney a call to help you out in the service department.

Had the best experience. Was having a minor issue on car but warranty would cover it, no other dealer could seem to help. Auto nation got me in and got my car fixed in 3 days. The service was fantastic, communication 10/10 and over all service 10/10. We will be a returning customer from now on!

The service was relatively quick and Rodney, the service writer went advised of some other offers we might want to take advantage of. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a much better experience then we typically have from others. Highly recommend.

Our first regular maintenance job from AutoNation Waco and we didn’t know what to expect.. but Matthew, service advisor, made us feel comfortable and we were in and out quickly and less money than we budgeted!!!

Service was great. I have a Colorado that should have been under warranty but I was told that the thermostat wasn't part of the power train warranty. ?

AutoNation is the place to buy a vehicle. You see their pink tags all over Waco. Must be a sign they’re good.
