I am so happy with the professionalism and good customer service at Sanger Avenue Medical services! The laser process is going very well. I am pleased with the results of the laser removal of the botched job of microblading of my eyebrows from a business in Killeen,

Brittany is always knowledgeable, efficient and friendly when providing me services. I love the variety of options I have while still staying in the same hands I trust.

This was my second time but did a different service. Again, it was amazing. Dr. Wilcox and the staff were wonderful.

First time getting lip filler and Dr. Wilcox did amazing! Her staff was very friendly and helpful and I’m obsessed with my lips!!

Don’t like needles, very professional, and always made sure I was doing okay, with their injection technique the procedures went smoothly and quickly very minimal discomfort if any. I got tattoo laser removal from Sav, she’s super sweet and professional. It’s not the most pain free experience but Sav was very quick. I will be finishing my removal here and then moving onto another service they offer. I find them to be priced at a reasonable price and every person I’ve come in contact with has been friendly. I have already recommended this place to a friend.

Dr. Wilcox and her staff are wonderful! They take their time with you, answer your questions, and are so personable. I completely trust their staff. They make appointments easy with text reminders & you are able to text Dr. Wilcox’s nurse with questions regarding your procedures/treatments if you have any questions. I have been extremely pleased with the results of my hormone replacement therapy (Biote). I have so much more energy (imagine being 25 again) and it has erased all of the menopausal problems that I had been experiencing. It has changed my life! I definitely recommend Dr. Wilcox and team!

Great place price was very affordable compared to other places I got for my tattoo removal. Brittany was very friendly and saved me time with having my consultation thru zoom b4 my treatment ty! as far as tips on their screen maybe not a good idea for a medical practice place.

I went in for laser treatment for tattoo removal. The staff and Brittany Wilcox is pleasant and professional. She explained everything in a simple language that was easy to understand. She was very attentive, and made me feel very comfortable. And the office is also really clean and beautiful.

Dr. Patricia is an awesome Doctor! She is very sweet and so compassionate. She takes her time and explains to her patients and always ALWAYS has an humble and glowing smile when she treats you. I love this Lady because she is one of a kind. Most doctors look at your charts and start writing or putting data in the charts. She takes her time and goes into detail what the issues are, and explains what's the best course of action! Dr. P, you are one in a Million!! You won't regret a visit to see this Lady!!!!

Very good as per usual. I really like Dr. Wilcox and her staff. Savannah, my esthetician, was professional and extremely knowledgeable about “all things esthetic”. She has a great handle on the cutting edge treatments offered in her field. I feel fortunate to have discovered such a pro.

I love Dr. Patricia and her staff. She is always so good about listening to what I think are my problem areas and giving me options on what we can do to correct them. She asks questions and gives feedback, which I love! She is all about pleasing her clients, but will tell you what will and will not work and why.
