Hampton Inn & Suites Austin-Lakeway

What can I say, I was looking for a convenient low priced hotel in a very specific area of Austin for a meet up in a local neighborhood. Not only was his place incredibly reasonably priced, the reviews did not lie. The room was clean and comfortable, there was a full breakfast every morning included, and I had a decent view outside my window of some local greenery. Everyone that worked at the front desk was very kind and always accommodated my request for more water bottles haha
This location is about 40 minutes from the airport out in Lakeway. Parking was also very easy and hassle-free which with lots of space and it was free.

Big rooms, comfortable beds and big bathroom. Pool was quite dirty. Service is great, however limited options at breakfast buffet. Location is also good. Whataburger on the parking lot.

We got a great rate online and when we arrived, our room was ready and the front desk gentleman, Ken, quickly got our room keys and wi-fi access with absolutely no wait time. Ken was very kind and courteous and offered us complimentary coffee and fruit and also showed us the extremely well-stocked food, drink and snack room. We really appreciate how Ken made us feel like valued customers and the hotel was very aesthetically pleasing, clean and a great value. We strongly recommend this location and will definitely return when back in this area.

You have to stay here! The breakfast was good, they allow pets. The rooms are extremely nice.

I drove 6 hours from Louisiana for a Doctors appointment, the checkin was easy the receptionist was helpful,great personality! I was alone but still felt very safe. There was no loud noises or anything that kept me up throughout the night. The morning staff was also gracious and helpful. I will definitely stay there again 10/10 for me.

Great hotel. Clean, comfortable, but most of all with great staff. I've stayed here pretty often for work. Usually everything is perfect, but if you find any issue they immediately fix it which says a lot. Highly recommend.

We love Hampton Inn. This location is perfect for visiting the Baylor Scott and White Medical center. We checked in late and check out early with out any problems. Wish it was warm enough to try the pool.

Fantastic stay! My kids, a family friend, and I traveled to Austin for an evening and had a great stay at this property. From the delightful service at check-in right up to check out, everything was a five star experience. Jered at the front desk was exceptionally personable and helpful. Even late in the evening when there was a struggle to get the bathtub drain open in our room, Jered came up to help. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast was great - my girls always enjoy making their own waffles. Check out at the front desk was fast and another enjoyable interaction with the staff. This is a great location for getting around and I enjoyed not having to deal with traffic through Austin. This is an easy drive to anywhere around town. Next time I have business in the Austin area, I will absolutely be booking this property again.

Front desk staff was amazing and super helpful. The room was very nice and clean. I love that this hotel is not right in Austin and it's tucked away from the main road, so if you need quite and traffic noise bothers you this hotel is good for that. The breakfast was one of the best I had at a hotel in a long time. I will definitely be coming back here again soon since I love doing day trips from Dallas.

This hotel has a very friendly and hard working staff. Pool area was clean and so was the water. Breakfast area was well maintained and stocked for the number of guests.

Great location & very nice accommodations. Hotel is clean & updated with a friendly staff and GREAT breakfast. Kid & DOG friendly.
Only downside - uncomfortable beds.

We had to stay the night at this hotel because the a/c went out at our apartment. Boy, were we comfortable! It's only a couple of miles from home, clean, and the shower, which is very important to me, has pretty ok water pressure! Not anything as strong as my apartment, but decent for a chain hotel. Of course, I always bring my own sheets & pillows, because they use poly-blend, which is like sleeping on fiberglass, and 99.9% of the time, the sheets aren't changed in hotels, but other than that, it's comfortable! I also liked that they had CoffeeMate creamer downstairs for guests, instead of that awful little powered creamer that a lot of hotels have. It was nice to have a cup of coffee with creamer I'm used to. Overall, I will definitely stay here again!

I stayed at the Hampton Inn as it was close to Baylor Scott Medical Center where my Son and Daughter-in-law were at having their first visit. It was only a 5 minute drive and made it so easy to go back and forth. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was good and fresh. My room was clean and attended to daily if needed. It's an older Hotel, no USB outlets, so it was good I brought my own. It was a nice stay.

We enjoyed this hotel. We only came in for 1 night to spend with family. Nice beds, cool room and lots of room in the king suite. Close to Lake Travis. Will be back

Nice and neat place.. I like the lobby. The room was clean and has a walk way/hallway before getting to the room. I needed water after getting to the hotel. I asked the front desk and the very young man told us it's a dollar. He came back with a bottle and told us not to worry about paying. I think that was very generous. Thank you for making our one night pleasant. They extended our check out with ease. During check out, another your man was very cordial as well sending good vibes our way as we were leaving and hoping our stay was pleasant..

Despite the whole city of Lakeway being blacked out by an ice storm for twenty four hours, The staff went the extra mile to keep us comfortable. With large comfortable accommodations, I would return anytime. The buffet breakfast is none of the best I've experienced.

The rooms were clean, nicely furnished and spacious. The breakfast was tasty. The staff was friendly, especially Jared at the front desk.

I really loved staying there. The service was fantastic, the room was in perfect condition, and we were given a wonderful view. The only thing I could think of that could be improved is more variety in their breakfast items, but it didn't bother me in the slightest.
