Vivel Crêpes & Coffee

My kids and I have been here a few times for crepes, omelettes, hamburgers, lattes, smoothies, gelato and desserts. Today, I confirmed that nearly everything on the menu can be made gluten-free, including the crepes. The morning hours tend to be pretty busy; which is a good sign of a great place. Guests can enjoy outdoor seating or the atmosphere and music indoors. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. Tables are never left sitting dirty. The menu itself has us coming back for more. This establishment is absolutely worth visiting for locals and those traveling through. There is something for everyone! Thank you Vivel for being a part of our community.

This place hands down serves the best burgers in town. I had both "The Chef's Favorite" burger and the "Quinoa Avocado Salad" and they were absolutely exquisite. The side fries were also so yummy and crunchy. In addition to the delectable food, the service is impeccable and super friendly along with the uber cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The sweet crepes also look absolutely amazing so I'll definitely be back here as soon as I can.

I got the California Avocado Toast and the Classic Crepe and they were both phenomenal. The service is outstanding, food came out fast, and everything was delicious!

This restaurant offers a delightful and unexpected dining experience. The food preparation and recipes clearly demonstrate the care and expertise the chefs put into each dish. I have greatly enjoyed the crepes, pasta dishes, and hamburgers during my visits - each one a wonderful culinary surprise.

The ambiance is relaxed and comfortable with dim lighting, soft music, and an overall tranquil vibe - perfect for leisurely dining or even getting some work done. The gelatos and desserts are particularly delicious making this an ideal spot to enjoy a sweet treat after a long day.

Everything I have tried from the menu has exceeded my expectations in both flavor and presentation. The prices are reasonable considering the exceptional quality and generous portions. Overall, this has become a favorite restaurant of mine, thanks to the outstanding food, hospitable service, and pleasant atmosphere. I look forward to returning soon to further explore their excellent menu.

Loved it! The food was delicious, the service was wonderful, going so far as to even help me with a French pronunciation I'd been trying to master, and lastly the atmosphere was perfection. Made me feel like I'd stepped out of TX for a moment which was exactly what I was looking for.

Was greeted by Ali, let me know what was popular here and made me feel welcome. The barista Diane had my coffee ready before I even left the counter, with speed and grace. Didn’t get the name of person who brought my food out but staff here is so friendly and welcome at Vivel’s! First time and won’t be my last

This place just amazing. And the fact that their menu is completely #halal, makes it even better.
The food, ambience and service were all perfect. Absolutely nothing to complain about. The manager was very polite and helpful. The restaurant is very chic, you get a really nice view of the street, the music isn't too loud and tables and chairs are roomy. The food is impeccable. We tried the breakfast sandwich, chicken crepe and the harvest omelet. For drunks we tried the drip coffee and London fog latte. We felt that the London fog Latte was a bit underwhelming. Otherwise, the food was just fantastic. Looking forward to the next visit

This place was great! Nothing like some good crepes! This review is based on my first and, currently, only visit there. The food was exceptional and was I very happy to see the variety of menu options. The employees were very kind and (what I suspect was the manager) came around to ask how everything was. The prices were very reasonable and the overall atmosphere was enjoyable. There was a lot of people there so there was a bit of a wait but there seemed to be enough seating between inside and outside. Would recommend and will definitely stop back in!

Absolutely delicious! My party ordered both sweet and savory crepes and coffees. The richness and sweetness levels were just right. All the dishes had a subtle Northern African influence, which was a welcome surprise. Will be a regular here for sure. Lovely food made by lovely people.

We have been wanting to visit this place for a long time! Finally got a chance - this place is amazing…very cozy little place with lots of outdoor seating! Now let’s come to the food- we tried pesto pasta, salmon pasta and the classic Nutella crepe! Everything was freshly made - the pasta came with a side of fresh salad! We loved both sauces.
But for me personally the crepe was the best one since I am a chocolate person!! We got a second crepe later on! Do try it if you like chocolate for dessert!!!

Found this gem while on the hunt for a good breakfast. Even though they were packed, the service was pretty quick. They have a ton of healthy options and the food was made with high quality ingredients / tasted remarkable. They have some great natural drink selections also. The Green Machine was invigorating. Would definitely return.

Love this place! Living in Austin it’s so hard to find amazing halal restaurants and Vivel is worth the drive! They offer such a delicious menu with so much variety and everything always tastes fresh and delicious. Highly recommend if you are looking for a brunch spot. :)

I now have a favorite restaurant near me! I am recommending it to everyone I know. We had potato soup and panini--wonderful and filling. My sandwich was a bit late in arriving (not a problem for me), and the owner offered me a banana and strawberry crepe to make up for the wait--it was big enough to share and truly delicious. The staff is extra friendly, the food is truly amazing, and they serve everything on real plates--no plastic anywhere. I cannot praise this place enough. I will go back to try some of everything they offer. A perfect breakfast/brunch/lunch experience--reasonable prices and a casual yet classy atmosphere.

Vivel is simply the best. It's always a must when visiting Austin.

Me and my fiancé have been coming here for the past 2 years.. and I have never written a review. We live out in Leander and we will make the trip to visit almost every weekend. Not a lie, Bai (I believe he is one of the managers) knows us as usuals so well that he actually knows our order by heart.

That in itself is excellent service! Everyone on the team are all very welcoming and they are not pushy or rude in anyway. They make sure you have all your needs taken care of each visit.

I have had only 3 minor issues with 3 separate visits. Nothing to give a 1 star review over. This place has given perfection with every meal all other times, they were forgiven from the mishaps with ease.

This is hands down worth every penny, absolutely would spend $40-$60 on a meal for me and my fiancé any time than test our luck at any other restaurant and waste the same price on something that we would take a gamble on quality and service. THAT is why we take the hour trip to enjoy a weekend meal.

Food was excellent. The manager Bhye was also so sweet when I wanted to modify my coffee and made me a straw design that made my day.

New York benedict and the Maui breeze smoothie were delicious! Everyone (5 of us) loved their dishes and drinks.

We absolutely love Vivel! It has quickly become our go to spot for brunch on the weekend! The service is excellent; Bhye always makes us feel at home. Highly recommend the California Avocado Toast and any of their crepes!

Very dog friendly. Nice workers. Great tasting cold brew! We ordered decaf for the second round and we're so pleasantly surprised at how strong and flavorful the decaf coffee was.

Had a fabulous lunch in a lovely location. We had delicious salads, tagine, pasta, and crepes! It was a wonderful anniversary spent eating chef Lapache plates! It was so god we came back the next day for breakfast. Thanks! Merci!
