Chick-fil-A

One of the busiest fast food restaurants in the area, but also one best and fastest fast food drive-thru's I think I've ever seen. Getting into the drive through can kind of suck though and God help you if you park anywhere in front of the drive through line. It's Texas so people are pretty friendly when driving, but... seriously its a double line and it can get Long and I've been in that position and let me just say... there are some scary soccer moms out there if they think your cutting in line... enough said I think.

Regarding the line... or rather the lines... it may look like a nightmare but they get through it really quickly. Like we're talking less than 5 to 7 minutes with two full lines of cars nearly going nearly to the street (620). Maybe ten minutes but that's still pretty great compared to any of the other "fast food" places around. Especially Whataburger which... just don't lol. Doesn't matter the time of day over there or how many cars are in the line there could be a single car in front of you and it will still take you 30-45 minutes to get your food realize the order is wrong or undercooked or just plain gross. That's not the case at this Chick-fil-A.

I don't really eat fast food that often anymore but when I do I go for the grilled nuggets which your usually pretty on point. Fries are also great, and the pricing... eh... it's a bit high. I don't get a drink either and it's pretty high for an eight piece grilled nuggets and a small/regular fry. That being said it's a great place for a quick bite, and even on Friday and Saturday nights after football games at Lake Travis High likely their busiest nights the place is a major hang out, but is still pretty darn quick at least the drive thru is I've never been inside, and I have no desire to lol. Chick fil a is chick fil a. It knows what it is and doesn't deviate. Reliable. Good. Affordable. Have to say that their efficiency when dealing with a rush is spot on. And the food is consistent. Their breakfast chicken minis are a fav for my kids.

The food and service were excellent. The atmosphere, restaurant included, could be improved. It seemed a tad cluttered with part of the restaurant seating area being used as storage, and in the bathroom, it looked like some workers had forgotten supplies in there.

All in all, I’d go back just for the Chick-Fil-A sauce.

I often get a combo there in order to supplement my daily protein intake. The food is quite tasty and presented well.

Great and warmed food! The chicken tastes so natural. I go for the chicken biscuits every morning! Even when I was in a rush for work they were still so nice to me. Love this location!

This was my first time in Texas, travelling from the UK and my first time to Chick-Fil-A. The service was exceptional, polite and helpful. Food was great, spicy chicken was well seasoned. I will go again.

No matter what time of day (except Sundays, obviously), this place seems crazy busy, based off the Drive-Thru lines alone. But honestly, going inside is worth the parking time and way faster than the Drive-Thru. The staff is always so friendly and helpful and I've never had to wait long for my orders.

I liked the chicken fry burger.

Yesterday when I went inside a nice distinguished gentleman named Chandler took my order. He reminded me of chandler bing from friends. He is the best worker there. He is awesome and so nice and made me feel like I was at home. He took my kids order in a funny voice that made them laugh. Overall was super cool and will be coming back just for him.

love CFA, but the service at the lakeway location is 5star and quality really is the best. They're active in the community, so we love to support this CFA as much as possible!

They were crazy busy as usual. Drive-thru line was long so I went inside. I was waited on by Wise who was exceptional. He made great suggestions which I took and was so so kind, helpful and professional. He even checked on me after, as I waited for my food. He really made the lil extra effort to walk in worth it.

Always busy but it amazes me how fast they can clear out the line. Food is always fresh and hot. It's easy to use the app and do curb side pick up if you have the time to prepare for your random Chick-fil-A craving. Don't let the line intimidate you.

Great food, friendly staff, so-so price. It can be incredibly crowded during lunch and dinner, but it’s usually worth the wait, unless they mess up your order. The food is delicious, which is the main point, although the quantity sometimes seems a little small. I am still giving this establishment a 5 star review, it’s like any other fast food place, except better staff, less frequent mess ups, and much better food.

CFA is like the 8th wonder of the world. This one is run particularly well! Mistakes are rare, and if they happen they’re fixed immediately with a sincere apology.

Quick easy mobile order drive thru service, waited 8 minutes during lunch hour, wish they put less ice in the drinks but over all good.

Update: chickfila please I hope u see this! I don't get extra saltines with my soup when I order it! I love a large chicken noodle, which comes with 2 saltines. I always order extra because I don't eat soup enough to have my own from the grocery store. The order taker ALWAYS puts it on the order! However, everytime I get my food, there's never extra! I love chickfila and always leave great reviews for the exceptional service, but it's so frustrating not receiving the little things i ask for. It's equivalent to if my sauces were forgotten!

Yo, I love this place. It doesn't matter where I am in the country, every chickfila I go to meets my expectations. Since I've moved to Texas, this has been my local chickfila and I am always satisfied. Busy or slow, morning or night, it's always fast, always fresh, and employees are always attentive. Shout out to this team for always working hard and always having a great attitude. I always feel welcomed. Thank you!
