AT&T Store

The store manager is fantastic! I witnessed her deal with some difficult customers and try to reason with them. They wanted something that was impossible for her to do and didn’t like the options given. She was very reasonable and very patient with them. When they didn’t get their way, they threatened a bad google review which is why I’m here.

This store is fantastic. The store is always clean, the customer service is always top tier. Anytime we have had an issue, it was resolved in a timely manner. I can’t say enough good things about this store location, the employees, and the manager.

Definitely do your business here. Don’t listen to the guy that is was unreasonable and rude.

James Z worked with us to update/move our service from another provider to AT&T. We hadn’t gone into the store for that specific reason, but during our visit, the information that James Z provided was extremely helpful and will save us $100 month!

Fantastic store and team. I have to give props to Taylor and her team as they are very professional. I witnessed a customer harassing Taylor and an employee and they handled it very professionally. The representative who helped me, Logan, was new and Taylor stepped in to help when he didn’t know the answer to my questions. I would 100% recommend this store to anyone and I would recommend working with Taylor!

I went in with a fixed idea of what I needed. Staff were incredibly knowledgeable and efficient, talking me out of my choice into something g much more suitable. Additional line with 5G upgrade and $5 a month cheaper! Very impressed

When one store could not help my husband with an exchange and an upgrade, this store and it's associates, namely a new hire named, Montana, really made sure we left with a solution for now and a plan for later. Her attitude was both kind and professional and even if she had to call 5 people to help, her fortitude to get a resolution was impressive.

I do think that the manager needs to leave the employees with the proper tools/support so the employees can resolve issues for the customers without chasing down a higher clearance level to achieve the objective. Please consider this as a step in the onboarding for your new employees, especially if they are often left at the store without a manager during a part or in the entirety of their shift.

Went in because my iPhone stopped working and Val upgraded me to an iPhone 15 and got me a great deal. Thank you Val!

Really prompt and focused customer service. My SIM card issue was handled quickly and professionally. My agent also was great at taking time up front to understand my problem and barely laughed when I admitted my mistakes that lead me to the store seeking her help. I left with a smile!
Update January 1, 2022 - Again, great customer service on a holiday weekend to boot. My older iPhone was not working, so I stopped in to buy a new one at this store a week ago. William helped me and was great helping me pick the new model to get, as well as some accessories. He said to come back in once the new iPhone arrives for help setting up and transferring data. It arrived New Years Eve, and I decided to stop in today for help. William was there, he helped and got me up and running just fine. I truly appreciate the customer service here. Even though I only stop in every couple it years, they treat me like their best customer. And all of the other agents were friendly too. Very nice people working at this store.

So I went in there ready to pull my hair out with my new ipad, trying to restore it! Bianca and Seven were manning the store and they were awesome! They were calm and cracking me up, all while resolving the issue for me! They were totally in control! The guy who sold me the ipad was Joe? Anyway, he was super awesome too! Love these guys and love this store! By the way, my parents went in there hours before me and they also loved Bianca and Seven. Just a great vibe overall! Go to this store! Highly recommended!

Jackie was so knowable and very professional. Resolved all my problems and she actually said that as I came thru the door .

I just turned 37 last week, and in all my years of walking into cell phone shops, whether it be T-Mobile, AT&T or whatever, I've NEVER had such impeccable service. I was helped quickly, and politely. I had smashed my phone with no access to the system. Ty, the guy assisting me, helped me find something in my budget, and set up my accounts. It's was magical.

Samantha and Val were wonderful during my visit. I have a good sized business account and they were able to save me over $200 a month!! Thanks again Lakeway team

Wow;) walked into the store to switch over from another carrier. It’s process to switch 4 family lines, and my husband and I were astonished at the professionalism we were greeted with and taken care of. We appreciated Darren taking his time and presenting us with options. He walked us through the transition of switching over. Thank you gentlemen for your service!!! We will return anytime we need help!

I have been with AT&T a very long time and I’m a dedicated customer. Although I have often had satisfactory experiences with AT&T, Ty, store manager in Lakeway, TX, exceeds all my previous experiences. I highly recommend him and applaud this company for hiring representatives like Ty!

Valentino helped me upgraded my phone. From the time I called the store to the time I went in, he helped me all the way and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and also very friendly!!!

Can get a little busy during certain hours. But from the times I've visited this store, I will definitely wait even the 30 minutes because I know I leave with a peace of mind that I was taken care of. The guys are extremely caring, friendly and they seem to go the extra mile to solve my issues or answer any questions I have. I wasn't very good at using my iPhone emails and they explained with so much patience

We had Joshua help us and he was amazing! Best customer service, very kind and informative. Spent a long time with me and my 86 year old father explaining things to us and trying to assist us.

Assistant made the experience easy. Very knowledgeable and offered a great phone with a great plan and saved me money on my phone Bill. I highly recommend this location. I went on a Sunday and was assisted immediately.

Came into the store to purchase 2 new phones and Adrianna was extremely kind and helpful! One of the phones was broken & she helped us set up the phone and get it going. Such an easy process and I’m so grateful for her help!
