Mrs. Cindy was the sweetest and most helpful person. I just purchased my first car and she made the process so nice and easy. She started of with the sweetest call that informed me of everything that I would be needing for my appointment. She constantly kept in mind what features I wanted. I really feel like I was taken care of the best that I could possibly be. I'm going to be recommending her to everyone I know. 10/10 experience.

Lori Boggs did an amazing job with showing us to the exact vehicle we were looking for. Very kind and even entertained our five year old that was bombarding her with questions about cars showing us excellent care as customers. Along with excellent management and reassurance from the Sales Manager Aramis. Would definitely recommend coming here for a great car buying experience.

This is the second time we come to purchase a car with Carmax. Our last car was great, fairly priced and gave us tons of happy memories, but it was time to trade it in for something new. They gave us a great credit for it and we walked out within a few hours with the exact car we wanted. We used the app to find the car we wanted, had it shipped to the store (for free), test drove it and shortly after, drove it home! Carlos Paez helped us that day and he was amazing! I love my new car and I love that I had a full 30 days to decide if it was perfect for me, and it is.

I did not buy a car here as unfortunately my price couldn’t be met. With being said Ram went above and beyond to ensure I got everything I wanted in a vehicle even if it meant referring me somewhere else. This is true customer service at its finest. I will refer anyone in the market for a used car to go see him for sure!!!

Everybody was helpful and considerate. I started with an offer made online which was very easy and fair. I made an appointment to bring in the car. After inspection, CarMax stuck with their original offer and gave me a bank draft on the spot. The woman who helped me was very considerate and brought all paperwork to my chair since she notice my mobility is iffy. That upu for a good, fair experience.

First time I've bought a vehicle from CarMax, but I am very happy. Yes, the prices are a little higher and non-negotiable, but they had the exact true I wanted, there was zero hassle, and the price wasn't that much higher in the end. They also have 30-day no-questions-asked return policy - I can drive it for a month to ensure the truck is solid (it is). Traditional dealerships can be a beat-down, and this was a very pleasant experience.

I paid to have the car shipped from Florida to Texas hoping that the condition was as described. They told me I would be under no obligation to buy if it wasn’t. When the car arrived to Texas and was ready to be inspected I found it to be as described. It was very clean and came with a full tank of fuel. The only issue was when filling out the paperwork they tried to push an extended warranty on me. I don’t do extended warranty’s due to Dave Ramsey’s philosophy. The car didn’t come with an owner’s manual but they said they would reimburse me if I bought one. All around a great experience.

I completed the offer online. Made an appt to go to the location. Was greeted kindly when I arrived. They checked out the vehicle and the offer remained the same. They completed the paperwork and then gave me a check. Very pleasant process.

It was pretty easy to sell my car. The offer that I got online is exactly what they paid me for my vehicle. I think they are pretty fair about everything as long as you’re accurate about the condition of your vehicle. Just make sure your paper title is ready and not pending and the whole process should take under an hour.

Granted, I was there a while but they definitely made it worth the weight. I went in to get some repairs done on the car. They ended up detailing the interior. I came out to a brand new, smelling car, the buff job that they did on the vehicle from where someoneor something we hit something it was scratched up and we didn’t think it would be able to get buffed out. Looks like a brand new bumper Greg Vasan was so very pleasant and easy-going highly recommend their services.

We had some bumps in the road, but we worked them out and they treated us very good. It was my wife’s birthday, so they put a great big bow on the hood and made us feel really special. The car is exactly what we were looking for and we’re very happy with the experience. We got a great car at a great price.

Finding a used car thar is worthy of its price is difficult.
I was able to find the vehicle on line and was able to check history and mileage and reserve the car for delivery, even allowing us to drive before we paid for it and got an excellent vehicle

Quick, painless. Did most of the process online before going to the store. Git there, test drove the vehicle, signed papers, and was done in around an hour. Have bought 4 cars through CarMax now, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The service & support I received from Eisa at CarMax was second to none. All the paperwork was done online. I walked in, signed 3 docs for the title people, and drove off in my New(ish) Civic Si, Super happy with the service and I rate their service a 10!!!
