Erica, and Kevin, was so nice and professional. I accidentally dropped my list wiyhall my info. They called my Big Sister and said they had the info card I dropped. Amazing! I love 7-11 on Eastchase in Ft worth!

That being said, the management needs to change the filters in the pumping system very badly.

I had to post a review for the staff working tonight. They were absolutely hands down a 5 star. I literally ran out of gas right as I pulled in didn't have my wallet had to use the wallet pay Google pay couldn't use Google pay because of my phone one problem after another and every step of the way they not only charge my phone for me but they helped me use the app they were patient and courteous and during a very stressful time that was much needed and right on time God bless them both for being good people just because thank you guys I appreciate it

Older white man is so nice always trying to help always with a smile not like the other 7eleven across the street both named 7 eleven lazy womans rude mad at the world and the African lady can bearly speak english cant understand a word shes said charge me twice i will never go there in my life love this 7 eleven nices man always happy always talking

Fountin sodas! Remember the old slogan "Oh thank heaven for 7-11"? It's still true.

It seems like someone is always in the parking lot hanging out around the corner after 11 p.m. try to park out front.

This one is GROSS!!! Tons of nats in the pastries bar. Junky. Stuff not put up. Refrigerated items were just sitting on that ground.

Poor Customer Service .Employees are very Lazy and unhappy.I went in the store to purchase 3 hot dogs and the Employee was just Ignoring me while I was just standing to order my hot dogs she acted like she didn't see me. She also skipped me another client came in after me and she attended him first.She looked mad and then She told me that next time I need to go up to her at the cashier and ask her because She cannot be guessing what I want, she said I need to speak up. What kind of Customer Service is that!!!

Tried to charge me for the wrong item, when i told her it was incorrect she asked if i wanted cash back. Then when i said again it was wrong and removed my debit card she said she didnt set the prices and told me to re insert my card. Poured out my coffee and put back the breakfast bar and left. Not worth the time arguing with the cashier.

SANU IS A RACIST! Just because someone prefers the same type of tobacco as the person before them, doesn’t mean I’m trying to buy minors tobacco products. After explaining this is wrong, she then responded with “You guys look alike”. I was disrespected and WILL NEVER BE BACK! SANU IS TRULY AN EMBARRASSMENT TO YOUR CORPORATION, FIX IT!

First of all parking is non-existent if you're not getting gas. Also, there was an inexperienced cashier working and kept me waiting forever. I'll never go back.
