I had an excellent experience at this store the store was clean and I got what I need without any problems, the customer service was excellent the sales associate Bella was very polite and helpful and she also had a smile on her face the entire time and definitely made me want to come back!

Lanett and Kelly were awesome they laughed and had smiles thank you

Came in for my lunch break over all Great customer service and great pizza, the store was very clean will be my new spot, across the street was not as good thank you!

Never too busy. They have everything you would expect from a convenience store! Car wash, vaccums and air too!

I was just making a deposit to my Current bank account. The cashier was nice and she helped me with this transaction.

Look we all know this is "hood" area I don't mind that there are homeless beggers or nothing of that sort but. There is one cashier female (definitely on and off meth) if you been you know who I'm talking about. She is sometimes even asleep in uniform on the side of the building. In one year I have seen her crying behind register at least 5 times, physically balling tears, and explaining personal life issues. If anyone asks "whats wrong" she will go on and on about her issues with a huge line behind that person. Not only that it's consistent complaining "oh I don't have stickers for these bags, togo orders are too much, I have to restock cups, I have to refill this or that". Dude I come in to make a purchase and go in and out I have had it with this women. She will grab wrong items then argue how thats the item you asked for when I will explain its not it's right behind her or she rang up a wrong item. Then she will make other b.s. excuses and go on a meth head rumble/ tirade. At this point there are times if I see her i just don't bother going in the store The store is what it is due to location it's my local gas station if Murphys isn't open. This Employee is simply there to ring up what I need and let me on my way leave your problems at the door like the rest of us do at work. Last thing I want after a 12 hour shift is to hear someone complain about bagging items or ringing up items. This is also my second Google review EVER it takes alot for me to take the time to make a review or complain but enough is enough. 7/11 needs to take control of this employee.

Rude

The cashier was rude about THEIR card system being down. I figured she'd apologize rather than be rude

Barely has any coffee the cashier is really rude all the time always low on hot food and always low on cups treats chips and excetera

If I can give a 0 star a would the cashier on date 9/25/23 around 12:25 was rude I was looking for my card as I was looking I told her I’ma load my card with x amount she then said your and card rude 2x as she can see I’m looking for it I told her one moment I’m looking for it then when I get it out she like oh I need your app like no you don’t I done this like 5x before at their location and even now looked at my app does not have any options for her to be on my app to add money. Her delivery was rude and she obviously don’t like her job and needs to find a new one

This is one of the worst 7-Elevens in the entire Metroplex. They don't know how to do anything other than ring you up and take your money you can't load cards nothing like that. And the one right across the street is probably the second-worst in the metroplex. If I were you I would avoid both 7-Elevens across the street from one another at the corner of eastchase and i-30 in Arlington.

The workers here are rude. They act like they don't want to wait on you. No thank you come again found here. The 7 Eleven across the street have nice workers is just easier for me getting in and out of this one. The lady working tonight only spoke when I ask a question and she gave me my total. A smile never crossed her face. Just a mad or angry look is all I saw from her. She should be glad you have a job during these crazy times when do many don't!

We were attended by Moeshia. This woman was rude and abnoxious. She complained about her job the whole time and commented to her coworker that she just wanted to go home. She needs to be sent home permanently. She obviously has no respect for people or appreciation for her job. I feel bad posting this because most of the time, the clerks are friendly, but this woman was a nightmare and doesn’t make me want to shop there. Why would I? There are so many other gas stations in like the area and if they treat me better... Honestly, this woman hurts your brand.
