Ross Dress for Less

Me and my child love always going to Ross they have good deals going on for cheap and sometimes I compare them to Walmart or Walmart's brand is not.

The ladies working here were so great even LP at the front I’m about to deliver my baby and went to get a pajama set and robe and they just really cared I swear I almost felt more like I walked into a friends store or something almost really though. They were just really genuine it seemed and this was a refreshing change coming from the store next door I won’t name where they were extremely rude.

I hope all of you shop here ever run into Quay.
A very polite gentleman, consistent with his greeting and warm attitude. It radiates into those walking there downcast, he just lifts up your spirit and makes your shopping experience enjoyable. When you’re leaving, he doesn’t forget to wish you a great day with the same enthusiasm and positive energy. This store is lucky to have him. He made me give the 5 starts.He deserves a raise. Thank you Quay! Keep doing what you’re doing!

Good place for bargains of all types. Everyone is wearing masks, hand sanitizers at each cashier box. Employees are in good spirits as always.

Got these Beautiful whimsical CHRISTMAS cones today, they fit perfectly on my bar cart in front of the picture I got a while ago from Ross as well.

Ross is always a great stop for affordable finds on brand names. I bought several pairs of shoes at this location and could not be more pleased with how they fit.

Update: visted this Ross store again in 2023 and found some cute spring/summer shoes and a nice jacket for work. Exactly what I was looking for.

My teens are very particular as to what they'll wear and I had just spent $400 at Walmart for clothes for my niece and got barely anything really worth getting, so the nxt day I went to Ross and got 2 times as much for half the price!! great place and great prices and Great selection. It was clean and the staff was helpful. I am Definately going to be making this my Go- to for clothes from now on

I just went to get a shirt today for upcoming family photos and this girl that works there was beyond kind to me as well as helpful. She went out of her way to help me and was so friendly. Honestly when I go places I am not used to that anymore, so her genuine interaction and kindness was so refreshing, I just had to leave a review! I didn’t get her name, but she had pretty eyelashes and light brown/dirty blonde hair I believe. She is so sweet!

Oh my I have to share my experience today at the Fort Worth location. It was a young lady by the name of name Shakira, she was the only cashier at the front and was going very fast, remind you it was just her and it seemed as if it was more than 3 cashiers, that’s how great she was at her job. Her personality was amazing, very welcoming and helpful. She deserves a higher position and a raise. I work in customer service for State and rarely ever see great customer service. You just never know how someone else positive personality will make the next person feel, it’s everything to me. I’ll will be sending this to corporate it needs to be known and seen. Keep up the great work Shakira!

Got to love a Ross!! Each Ross is different. Some are nice and clean and well-stocked. While others are, let's just say, their not well-stocked or clean... this particular Ross is nice, we had a lot of success shopping there and the workers were very helpful.

Loved the selections, found the cutest outfits for my granddaughters. Loved the social distance, and how the cashier sanitized after each customer, cashier was very friendly. Will shop here again.

Wife found clothes she want for work. People are friendly and prices are always great.

Ross does me wrong in the right way lol. There's so many cute items with reasonable prices, like real reasonable (aka cheap) but good quality clothing. They also have home products. I decorated my apartment with stuff I found at Ross.

This Ross has the best pet toy's and bedding all supplies that I need without paying a high cost for my pets and they are very friendly I appreciate it when I ask can I bring my dog inside the store and the greeter happily welcome me and my dog into the store wonderful Ross .

I have another Ross 2 minutes from my house and I haye it !!! I rather make the 10 minute drive to Eastchase just to go to this Ross. I absolutely love it!! Lots of clothing, I love that this Ross always has jeans my size in stock and so much variety to choose from.
