I want to thank April at the Marshalls Eastchase location. I was a customer in need and distressed yet she gladly came and assisted me with a smile. I was so grateful for her help I tried to give a tip in which April declined. Her kindness, professionalism and immediate assistance truly made a huge difference for someone who had a long day. We truly need more professionals like April. Thank you so much!

Great shoe selection and pet selection.
Generally has those brands that are hard to find sometimes. Always really friendly cashiers that are helpful. Really good variety of beauty products and cleaning supplies.

I just had outstanding customer service at this store. Rene and a manager (didn’t get her name) we’re so helpful and cheerful. It makes me want to come back to this Marshall’s rather than another one. Thank you!!

I bought an iPhone 14 case and it was not the right size and their plus size undergarment selection was not good. Other than that it was clean, tidy and helpful staff.

This was my second visit to this Marshalls. I struck out the first time in my search for cute shoes for work but when I visited again, I was able to find a pair of lovely work shoes. I also found some facial serums at more affordable pricing than what I was getting online. I'll definitely visit again.

We did last minute shopping for our trip, and we love to shop here period! Best deals and we don't usually leave empty handed. I got a pair of shoes for me, and her a pair.. and almost got a few more pairs. I had to put them back haha (sad face.) Name brand! Just go look for yourself before we return for them all!

Able to find wonderful buys for my granddaughter. Great prices and good selection.

Shame on you if you dont grab a shopping cart on the way in! Really...do you think you're getting out of there with no newly acquired SOMETHING? Where else, besides the sister store TJ Maxx , can you get such great finds at great $ !!!!!

I would like to thank the worker that helped me out . I believe her name was Vickie. I went a couple weeks ago and was there with my new born and grandmother. I breastfeed and like most places there just aren’t any nursing areas. I went to the restroom to adjust myself so I could get her started feeding and the worker seen me and helped tremendously. She went to get me a chair and told me to find a comfortable spot to feed her . I really appreciated her for doing that because most people look down on you when they see someone breastfeeding their little one. And it’s very rare when you see a worker going above and beyond for a customer esp when it’s not pertaining to purchasing an item. Thanks again

Everything is organized, great deals, and easy to walk around and see everything they have to offer. Customer service is great!

Only shopped here once, but it was an impressive treat. One nice lady helped me find shoes, socks, shirts. She knew which brand shoes to recommend for wide feet (Nike), helped me get right size, didn't laugh when I said they felt tight and I hadn't loosened the laces. She asked if I needed anything else, and I thought of socks. Again she knew the brands and selection. Helped me pick white t-shirts / undershirts, too. Prices were very good, especially shoes for... it was under $40.

You always walk out with more than you planned on. I go in to get dog toys and I walk out with Skechers shoes, Havana flip-flops, Nautica Sandler for the BF, Starbuck's coffee pods, spices, towels, stuff for the house and more. The prices are great for name brand items and the quality is really good. I have never had an issue with any of their merchandise, like other stores (ie Ross). The customer service is always Top Notch. The dressing rooms are clean and the attendants are always friendly. Though the lines tend to be long, they get you through as fast as they can. I prefer this store over most "discount" stores because it's clean and organized. They display the merchandise nicely and clothes are not thrown all over the place in on the ground.
If you're looking for a deal this place is my go to and should be yours too.

The store was clean and neat. They had plenty of cashier. I was in and out in no time. It was a good visit.

Went to check on getting more probiotic smoothie mix that I got there before, but they were not stocking it. Which was ok , sometimes that happens. But I did find Kale Guacamole chips that are great and cocoa dusted almonds to live for! Marshall's has a great gourmet foodd section, always something different! You will never leave empty handed and thrilled with your purchases. For heaven's sake, ALWAYS get a basket as soon as you walk in!!

Great place to shop

Inventory is always changing and I love to take my take to peruse it all. I spend waaay too much time here. Staff is always nice and keeps everything tidy.

We went in just to look. Ended up buying some face cream, workout pants, a shirt & a couple of other things. Went with my granddaughter, so had a great time.
