The employees are so helpful and friendly. I was looking for an item that wasn’t on the sale floor and the associate went out of her way to help me find it. This location is also super big compared to others in the area!

Stopped in to return items from an online purchase. I received prompt and courteous customer service.

I would have gladly exchanged a couple of the items for a larger size, but the sales associate said they did not carry plus sizes in the store. She was so helpful and checked if they happen to have the item from another return.

Since I'm new to buying Athleta clothes, I would like to be able to try on items in the store, and hopefully they'll change that to be size inclusive in their only store in North Austin.

1st time I've ever been to this particular store store. Went to exchange something for my daughter, and they were very compliant and helpful

The Gen Zish staff was nice enough though aloof. They saw me struggling to put 2 outfits together and couldn’t be bothered. When I asked specific questions they did answer them but it felt like pulling teeth. There was no enthusiasm or proactive effort to make recommendations.

I typically enjoy my visits to Athleta as I always find great outfits. I left this location a little frustrated and plan to return one of the items as I was never able to find a top to go with it.

We got Christmas gifts and tried to take back several items for store credit. They refused to take back the items for store credit and even refused to allow us just to change the sizes. Management was rude and totally incompetent will never buy from this brand or the store again.

Went to the store off Lamar Blvd for the first time and customer service was horrible. I was greeted but that was about it. The girls did not offer to help until I asked multiple times for things. The Athleta store at the domain is way better. The women there are polite, helpful, and welcoming.

Snotty not helpful seemed happy not to have what I was looking for.
