I have had home and car insurance through Farmers for many many years. I had an outstanding agent 25 years ago and since his retirement I have had several come and go that were not as good. Finally my account found its way to Michael Rumsey and I am very happy to be back with someone that has provided the service that goes above and beyond like I originally experienced when I first came to Farmers. He and all of his staff are friendly, helpful and efficient.

When I reported the fire that occurred in my house do to my laptop over the weekend. Mike called me immediately on Monday and asked if I was okay. That meant a lot to me especially during that time. Mike then stated items can be replaced but you can't. He made me feel right then and their as a friend instead of a client. He has followed up with me to make sure things are going well. Ryan was amazing during my process switching over from another company. Him & Amanda went above & beyond & dealt with long hold times. I just recently switched from Geico to Farmers and Mike helped me get all the coverage I needed for a lower rate. He really explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. My husband and I have full coverage on both his truck and my car as well as coverage on his motorcycle. Mike even went over other coverages with us as well. He doesn’t push us to get anything we don’t need but is always looking out for our best interests.

I am so extremely thankful to have Michael and Janie as agents. They answer every call, every text, every email! They’re there when you need them and never disappoint. I’m pretty clueless when it comes to insurance and the break down of it all but thy explained it in a way I was able to understand. Especially when I was in my first ever accident, Janie was on vacation but still answered my call and instructed me how to handle the situation and made sure I got all the correct info. The next day I spoke with Michael who explained the process would go for the claim that was filed and assured me it would all be okay. I was so nervous but these two helped me out so much!
