Been going here for 2 year never had an issue. Prices are what you expect at a convenience store.

This wonderful owner offered to and let me borrow his umbrella for the easter egg hunt across the street. The world would be a better place if more people were like him!

If you live in the area of West Side park, it's a good place for a beer run. It is a little small and can feel over crowded if there are too many patrons. It's fine for a convenience store.

Everything is extremely overpriced. Avoid this place if you have any choice of going elsewhere.

Sometimes the owners are friendly, other times they are outright hostile. They don't regularly do receipts and if anything goes wrong with the order they raise their voice at you even if it's their fault.

If you can't go anywhere else, it's not terrible, but it is VERY overpriced and the ATM has a $4 fee.

Unfortunately this place ends up being a SCAM despite the fact it seems largely due to a language barrier and lack of communication. Posted on a tiny yellow paper smaller than a post-it note they have a policy of a $5 minimum or 50 cents extra. The paper is not obvious at all. If you do see it (it was pointed out to me when I couldn't figure out why I was being overcharged) its difficult to make out what their policy even is. Then once you do figure out what it means they don't actually follow it anyway so apparently the employees don't understand it either. The end result is being charged $5 for something that costs $3. Nobody tells you its happening, the cc machine doesn't show a total and you don't get a receipt. The last straw for me was when I went back to try to work things out in the most gracious and reasonable way I could only to be told I was wrong about what I bought. As if out of hundreds of transactions he can remember the details of mine better than I can out of 4. Including the ones he didn't do...? Like I said, I think its innocent enough as a language issue, but with no communication telling you whats going to happen, no record of it happening and no recourse to correct it when its done, this place basically amounts to a scam. Maybe an Indian student from campus can attempt to explain things to them in a way they can make things simpler and more clear. They seem like a nice enough family. I hate that they have to come across this way, but people need to know what they're getting into with this place.

SCAMMERS. they over charge you. they make up the prices on the spot, it seems. they tried to charge us $1.50 for a can of arizona. the can literally says it’s $.99. they never follow their own store hours & just randomly close. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Terrible service. Had a basic issue with my card and they refused to accommodate me. Laughed at me because said amount was under 10 dollars. I live paycheck to paycheck and didn't appreciate being treated this way. I will never spend another penny in here and I live half a block away.

Do not shop here- no prices marked and they overcharge.
