My husband and I so much fun buying our new furniture last week. As we walked in the door we were greeted by Christy Grassman who cheerfully led us to furniture that would work for two short people. There was a lot of items that were perfect…we just had to choose. We were given more than enough time for us to decide, and Christy was very understanding. Overall, we were thrilled with our purchases, and wished we had friends who are as helpful, patient and funny as Christy is. Our new stuff arrives next week and I’m sure I’ll love it. Thanks go to Christy Grassman!

Max Riddle at the Peoria store did an excellent job in helping us find the correct La-Z Boy recliner and picking out the correct fabric. He was completely professional yet personable at all times. He answered our questions and concerns while asking questions to be sure he was offering help each step of the way. Max was very friendly and helpful without applying any pressure at all. We highly recommend him.

Had a good experience at this store.. There were plenty of options on the floor to look at, and Dee was very knowledgeable and helpful. Of course we ended up buying more than we had planned on!

I had been shopping for a rocker/recliner for some time. After stopping by Lazy Boy I found my perfect chair. My salesperson, Karen was great! Very informative and quite patient with someone who has a difficult time making a decision!!! Thanks Karen!!

I walked in just to look around so I could see what la-z-boy has out in recliners. The sales staff asked what type of piece I was thinking about. They took me to a section that had a nice variety of that type of chair. Within minutes I had found what I was wanting. I looked around to make sure it was the best fit for me and the area it was going in. The staff was helpful answering my questions. It was a nice relaxed environment the entire time.

Michael is wonderful. He walked my grandparents right over to three chairs that were a perfect fit. He truly knows what his customer want and need. I was prepared to spend hours shopping at multiple stores. We started and ended at La z boy.

Springfield store sale today was amazing approx 80% off. Bought a lovely sectional. Sales-people Sande & Mike were wonderful. I will share this great experience with everyone I meet.

Jon-Paul greeted me upon entering and showed me several pieces that didn't fit my desires and budget, but then took me downstairs to the clearance dept and I found the one I wanted almost immediately! Great experience. Easy payment experience as well. Jon-Paul was very helpful and friendly!
