Highly recommend this dental office! I was very nervous as it had been a while since going to any dentist. They were very compassionate and professional, so approachable and encouraged feedback. Every single employee was kind and knowledgeable. We will be making this our family dentist for the foreseeable future. 👏🏻♥

The staff at Urbana Family Dental were knowledgeable and welcoming. I appreciate how they review the appointment and any additional work they recommend at the front desk at the end. They thoroughly explain what’s next and help you understand your insurance and cost associated which put me at ease. Jasmine is a great hygienist, very down to earth and gentle. Every time I walk into the dentist office, I am kindly greeted by Kim. She is very friendly and goes above and beyond with her customer service. Gaby is an amazing dental assistant. Super outgoing, charismatic, and most importantly, makes you feel calm as you are getting a procedure done here. I enjoy having here every time that I come in for a check-in. Dr. Sadighnia is amazing and super caring. She is very honest and thinks about the well-being of her patients. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

I've been going there for around, three years and I'm very satisfied. They explain my issues and lay out the best path to take. I've been to plenty of dentists in my days and this one gives me the vibe that they genuinely care, from receptionists to the dentist and all staff members in between. Dont change a thing!!!!

Came here based on the positive reviews online, and it did not disappoint! The doctor, the dental assistants, and the receptionist were friendly and professional. They able to fit my appointments in within a couple days and did a wonderful job at making sure I felt comfortable during the appointment and communicated the procedure clearly.

Everyone I encountered was super friendly. As soon as I walked in the receptionist said was very welcoming The dental assistant explained what she was doing and did a great job at cleaning. Doctor was friendly and explained what my problem areas were and how to improve without being judgmental .I had an overall great experience!

I'm always nervous when going to the dentist. Just walking in the office I was greeted with a friendly smile from the ladies at the front desk. When the technician called me she also was very friendly and professional as was the dentist. Friendliness can make all of the difference and in this case--it did. I look forward to my next visit.

Very friendly and competent staff in this quaint, community-focused dentist office! I always feel very comfortable and cared for when I visit! I have been going to Urbana Family Dental for over two years now, and I appreciate always having my questions answered, their quick service, the accessibility of the office (not in a congested area of town, plenty of parking, no stairs), and advance notice of potential issues. For example, at my last two cleanings I was told I may need to have a filling updated. At the second cleaning, they made sure to show me what my insurance would cover and what I would have to pay out of pocket so that there were no surprises on filling day. Very professional service! I had such a wonderful experience here. The staff was helpful, thoughtful, thorough, encouraging, gentle, kind, and explained things well. Everything I could ask for in a dental visit and more, to be honest. I can actually say, I look forward to my next visit.

I had a horrible tooth ache, extreme pain, not sleeping. I am new to the area, so I googled dental office near me and found Urbana dental. I called and Amanda answered the phone and she helped get me in the same day, she even helped me with insurance. Dr. Sadi and Amanda (dental assistant) were both friendly and helpful. The dentist was honest and straight forward. The best part I had no more pain and I was able to sleep! I am truly grateful for the doctor and her staff. So Thank you Amanda, Amanda and Dr. Sadi.

Could not recommend them enough! Went in Monday with a wisdom tooth issue, they offer online scheduling which is a blessing! The assistant and main dentist were quick but knew what they were doing. I returned on Friday to get the tooth extracted and the dentist that removed my tooth was extremely gentle and knew exactly what she was doing. Excellent dentist! And everyone is so kind!

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly and professional. I was informed by all staff members starting with a friendly greeting, excellent dental hygienist, and excellent dentist. I ended my visit with an excellent scheduler, and bookkeeper for future visits and costs. I highly recommend!

Had a broken tooth - they got me in quickly, got me fixed and on my way. Amanda was the BEST at taking care of me - offered multiple rinses and vacuums....

Wonderful experience! They were very caring and wanting to work with me on my newest mouth issue. All of the staff was very knowledgeable and communicated and explained everything in terms that I would understand. They had to refer me to a specialist and that transition went smoothly and I was able to get in to see him quickly. I can’t thank them enough for their compassion and kindness.
