CVS

I have been working with a brother to help him get his medications; it has been quite a process. Mutiple places have been giving us the run around. Went to one Walgreens and was told to go to another Walgreens. Went to that Walgreens and was directed to go back to the Walgreens that we had initially went to. From that Walgreens had the prescriptions faxed to CVS. I mean just a whole process.

When going to CVS however, there was this woman by the name of Tara behind working behind the pharmacy counter. She provided us with quality customer service. She took the time out to check into the situation we were having and was able to lead us in the right direction to getting the medications that are needed. Now we just have to wait for the doctor to approve them and we can get them.

What I have seen is it's not necessarily the company that's the problem, it's the customer service that's the problem. The other people we talked to (I believe) could have looked into the situation and did the same exact thing that Tara did, but they didn't due to possible laziness. They felt it was someone else's job to do something that they could do and it cost us time, effort, gas money and mild frustration.

So all in all thank you Tara for displaying quality customer service. People never know what all someone has been going throughout their day and you showed kindness and patience and gave us the information needed for us to progress forward into to receiving his medications. It's appreciated. Thank you!

I recently went to CVS about 20 mins before closing; not by choice- I work late. My husband and I needed passport photos. The manager Sheree (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) was so friendly and helpful. 5 stars from us.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy since I was a child. Amazing staff and very helpful. They are fast to fill meds and the wait times if ever are minimal. Seth the head pharmacist is so friendly and extremely kind. He has been there for years! I love the text message option too!

The pharmacist here is great, very knowledgeable and helpful. There's rarely a line and scripts get filled quickly. One of the techs is hard to understand but he/she still gets the job done right

The staff is very friendly and speedy. I go there at least once a month, usually more, to pick up a thing or two and have never had a problem. If you need something, just ask they will be happy to help assist you. Kudos to Wes and the pharmacy team!

The people that work in the pharmacy are actual angels. They do everything they can to save you money and fill your rx as quickly as possible. So sad my insurance won't use them anymore!

Great pharmacy and Staff. Has much of what you need in a pinch, expect to spend a little more than regular grocery stores. But good in a pinch.

Everyone is always friendly. Calls me by name in the pharmacy whenever I pick up a prescription and I hardly ever have to wait.
