I go here all the time and I get approached by panhandlers and strangers almost every time I go here. Even if I sit in the car for about 1 minute, I get approached. I’ve reported the panhandlers at this gas station to the Urbana police because some of them have verbally yelled at me if I don’t give money and unfortunately the police told me that in the state of Illinois it’s legal to panhandle and approach people in their car unless a weapon is presented. Only thing this gas station is good for is a place to stop and throw out trash from car or to occasionally get a bottled drink or snack. I do not recommend the fountain drinks here - dirty store. There is bulletproof type glass for the cashier, just know that this gas station is as hood as Champaign Urbana gets and I wouldn’t recommend going after dark. Plus side to this gas station at night though is they have very bright overhead lights at the pumps which is nice. Sometimes this gas station has the price sign out of operation for weeks at a time so it shows no price. (Free gas? Lol Jk)

You'd think that a convenience store known for their $0.89 Polar Pop would prioritize the cleanliness of their soda fountain. Guess not. The straws are covered in sticky, dried soda, along with the counter tops every time I've ever gone in to the store. The nozzles on the fountains themselves never look clean either. I now go to the Marathon just down the road, as it is consistently spotless, has a better selection, and I can tell the management legitimately cares about the customer's experience.

NOT OPEN 24 HOURS! went at 11:30 and they were closed. Not 24 hours.

Some self-service tankers do not work well

No gas none of the pumps work so annoying

No longer a circle K, hasn't been since like January 2021, but when it was it was a terrible location. Unorganized, unclean, and understaffed. The staff they did have were usually rude. Definitely like it much better now that it's a BP

This is the absolute worst gas station/convenience store in the entire city! They are constantly training new employees so the checkout process always seems to take forever. Their cashiers are very rude and don't seem to want to be there, whatsoever. They have multiple items on their shelves that are out of date. Their pop machine is disgusting, you can tell just from looking at it. This place has permanently lost my business. Trust me when I say, go to the Marathon right down the road. You do not want to enter this Circle K!

When you lock your doors in the middle of the afternoon, can't get your pumps to work correctly cause you were gone for 20 minutes, then threaten to chare your customers with a drive off when your pump wouldnt even let me get gas. That's the worst service I have ever had. I frequent circle k all over town, and since your employee threatened me I will make sure my family and friends no longer do so.

I went in here for one thing and left very disappointed. I bought a bag of chips and Didn't realize there was a hole in it, and they are stale.

Received some coupons in the mail for this store specifically, but was denied the use and told they do not accept coupons.
