J. Barry Howell, DD.S.

When I moved to the Champaign area, I was nervous about finding a new dentist, and my boss recommended Dr. Howell. I am so grateful for that recommendation and have since referred several people there myself over the past five years. I needed an extensive amount of reconstruction done, and Dr. Howell provided a detailed treatment plan, working with me step-by-step throughout the process. He is extremely skilled while being incredibly kind; he puts people at ease in what can be a stressful situation. The staff at his practice are also amazing people and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Dr. Howell to absolutely everyone looking for a dentist.

Can’t share enough good things about all of my experiences at Dr. Howell’s office. The front desk staff are kind and helpful and all of the hygienists and dental assistants are friendly and professional. Before I saw Dr. Howell, I was so embarrassed of my smile, but he went the extra mile to make sure I look and feel my best. Two root canals and two crowns later, I have never felt more confident! I could never thank him enough- he honestly changed my life and my smile forever!!!

I went to Dr. Howell in need of my first root canal. He thoroughly explained the procedure before thoroughly performing the procedure. His precision and attention to detail is second to none. He has a natural ability to make clients feel comfortable and an even more natural ability for dentistry. In the course of a few appointments, Dr. Howell gained my confidence to the effect that I will be returning to him for any and all future dental needs.

Highly recommended! I've been to a few dentists in the Champaign/Urbana area over my lifetime and Dr. Howell is by far the best. I'm happy to have found a dentist and staff that genuinely care about their patients and are always pleasant to deal with.
