Absolutely loved my experience here! First of all, kudos to the staff for being amazing - I was in town for one day only and needed a place to lift since I'm in prep as a WBFF athlete. I called and they were so friendly and accommodating. Once there, their staff showed me around the place and didn't treat me like some dumb girl who didn't know how to lift. They were super nice!

The gym felt like HOME - great selection of free weights and racks, clean, organized, had everything I needed for a great session. I felt comfortable and had a great workout. Loved the additional areas where you can stretch/do TRX or warmups. Also appreciated how clean the bathroom/locker was.

If I lived in the Champaign/Urbana area this would definitely be my home gym. I loved my experience and they made a tough day even better. If I'm in town again I will definitely go back!

Great Owner, great atmosphere. The machines, sauna and the variety of classes, as well as the trainers are awesome. Student get a discount in their membership and most of the time the gym isn’t busy, so you can come in and not be worried about personal space when lifting. Would recommend to anyone who wants to lift!

Lifted here while I was in town for a few months and was the best gym experience I’ve ever had! Staff are friendly and supportive, no pressure atmosphere, flexible membership plans, and all the basic equipment you need- couldn’t have asked for more :)

All around great gym, probably the best in Champaign Urbana. The weights are thoroughly maintained, the atmosphere is great, and the staff is always there and willing to help. Owner of the gym is very knowledgeable, and a great guy. 10/10 would recommend this gym to anybody looking for a great place to workout and get some GAINZ.

They reinforce masks and cleaning very well. They don't have any annual fees. Good for getting your workout done efficiently

People who work there were very nice equipment is great treadmills are great, great place to work out and they have a great family deal there as well!!

Best gym around. Machines are well maintained and clean. Staff is open and encouraging.

Easy to have a conversation with employees, have all the equipment I could need, and answer any questions I may have. Not the largest of gyms and I find that to be a plus.

Was visiting home during the holiday at took advantage of the day pass. Really friendly owner, enough machines to do what I needed to do. Wasnt too busy .
