Rosati's Authentic Chicago Pizza

Update- the manager spoke to us and was very helpful and nice. Said they are absolutely sorry for the experience and helped us.

I absolutely had the worst service from our waitress. I will not state her name for that will be between the company and us. We had ordered and she never came to check on us and my father in law went up and said “hey so nobody checks on us, what does it take to get a beer?” And she snapped and said. “Well I am busy and the only one working right now.” (As we only saw her in the bar area cleaning up and talking to the one guy at the bar.) she turned grabbed the beer and slammed it on the counter and my father in law said “oh sorry we have been waiting and didn’t know.” Then she went to get out food and tossed everything down on the table and walked away fast. Then came back said you need plates and I said “yes please.” Then she came back and tossed those down as well and walked away. I ordered 12 wings half plain and rest mild. The other waitress came over and asked nicely if I needed anything and and I told her about our wings and then the rude waitress came back over and and said my wings were messed up and accidentally put sauce on all them they would fix it. I said that is fine I wasn’t upset but then she forgot until we were all done eating and when we were asking for a box she then brought them and I said no I don’t want them now everyone was done eating and I said I needed to get them taken off, she said “well you ordered them so you have to pay” and I said “We didn’t get them with dinner and would like to speak to a manager” and she said “absolutely not you all were being rude and you need to pay and get out of MY restaurant or I am calling the cops.” I have a 5 year old who then was all worried asking why is she calling the cops and freaking out as she’s still raising her voice at us over what happened. As my husband then noticed our son freaking out and then me getting upset as well as our parents in law and said to everyone “Okay everyone just stop this is out of hand and we will just pay and call tomorrow.” And the rude waitress continued to raise her voice at us and he looked at her and said “can we just stop? We will get boxes and pay and call tomorrow.” She finally stoped raising her voice and gave us boxes. So At the end when my father in law went up to pay her said, “I’m sorry your working alone and management placed you her alone. We just didn’t have anyone checking in or helping us.” And she continued to be snippy to him and rude. We have been there multiple times and never had such a rude and disrespectful waitress before.

Truck Driver from Tennessee. I run between Minnesota and Chicago; decided to give this place a try since neither I nor my wife were up to cook.

This place gives out the biggest, freshest portions I've seen from any Italian restaurant, the fact they deliver is an added bonus and their drivers are courteous and friendly. This place is destined to be a regular in our book.

I ordered the Italian combo and wings, thinking that the wings would be secondary to my sandwich. I was wrong. They are just as good!! They had better flavor than the wing restaurants. The Italian combo had enough food for two people. It's been a long time since I’ve had a sandwich and wings prepared to perfection. Thanks Rochelle Rosati’s

Merciful heavens!
I am quite fond of Italian food and, in particular, the Chicago style Italian Beef! They make a great one here. Be careful if you ask for hot peppers 🌶 because they are 🔥 HOT.
Super sandwich and fries, cheesy garlic bread, and fried pickles! My eating partners enjoyed their food as much. Go there. Eat.

What great food. I have always gotten the Calzone, best I ever had!! Yesterday we tried their Pizza, again, best I ever had. Great food great service. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

Chicago Style 10" pizza, and mozzarella cheese sticks with marinara. Delicious and delivered to me in a truck while on 34 hour break at the loves 400 S Steward Rd, Rochelle, IL 61068. Can't argue with that, and some delicious Chicago Style to top it off.

Best lasagna I've had in years,loaded with cheese. Ordered takeout out since we were passing through and staying at comfort inn, it was piping hot and still hot when I got back to hotel. Very impressed.

Service is great when dining in. When we get delivery it’s always super hot like it came straight out of the oven & this is the only place in town that I personally like everything about the pizzas… crust, sauce, flavor of toppings. Not to mention I always ask for extra extra black olives no matter where I go & Rosatis is the only place that actually puts the perfect extra extra amount!! I’ll always order my pizza from here.

We got delivery and you wanna talk about good good. My husband and I both have lunch for tomorrow because the portions are huge. We will definitely order again when in this area.

I’m from New England visiting my son who lives here in town and it pretty much best New York style pizza I’ve had in awhile.

Truck driver here…called to order delivery to the truck stop. Gal on phone was really nice. Being unfamiliar with your menu, I had questions. She patiently answered them and made recommendations that I chose…and everything was awesome. The Greek salad…super food and so generous with the feta and Kalamata olives!! Chicken parm is very tasty, really generous with the mozzarella cheese, too and the portion is huge! I have food for tomorrow and that’s not even counting the small cheese pizza I ordered (I couldn’t choose just one thing lol). Pizza was the closest to New York pizza that I have had in a very long time.
I cannot thank you enough for such delicious food!! I’ll be telling all my trucking friends.

The owners are great people who are always happy to see us when we come in.

Rosatis has, by far, the best pizza in town. My favorite is their meat mania, which is out-of-this-world delicious. I usually order delivery and the service is speedy fast!
