Went to Verizon to have them set me up with a new phone via insurance. When it didn't come when it was supposed to, Allen was very helpful in finding what the problem is and just so I didn't have to go several days without a phone, he let me use his spare phone. I just had to put my sim card in it. My experience with the customer service here the last couple years has been above and beyond. Thanks

I drive a truck and run a podcast from my truck. My data plan from Ultra Mobile was not enough. I went to Verizon to see what kind of plans they have. Kelly found me a real unlimited plan and a new phone. She treated my screen to be scratch proof and swapped my data so my upgrade would be seamless. Kelly was very nice and professional, highly recommended.

So got to the store right when it opened to get a simple phone for my dad to use. The two girls at the store were great. We got the phone, and Catherine helped Lacey get my dad all set up with his new cell phone. Great service. Thank you.

I came in looking for a replacement phone and Catherine totally took the stress out of this shopping experience. She was extremely knowledgeable about the phones she had. She picked out the perfect one for me. I would recommend her to anyone. Best phone buying experience I have ever had. You have an excellent employee there.

I went into Verizon to switch over to a business account. Catherine helped me and she did a great job, got me in and out of there quickly, she's very patient and knowledgeable. She knew exactly what to do and who to reach out to for any help. Got me a better deal and pricing. I'm very satisfied and happy with my experience.

Cathy was very friendly and efficient. I called her about a new phone, and by the time I got into the store she was racking numbers to try to get me the best possible deals. She really cares about the client, and I am happy to go back to do business with her again!

Always a great experience everytime i am in this location. This is the only verizon store i will ever go to. The employees that work there are very friendly and are so much help, the manager catherine is absolutely wonderful always a pleasure to work with. Lacey is just as wonderful too, glad to have her back at this location such a sweetheart these ladies are. Verizon is VERY lucky to have these two as employees. I highly highly recommend this location

I’ve been going to Verizon in Rochelle for a long time now and I’ve always dealt with Catherine. She has done an amazing job every single time. Anyone that is looking for great customer service with great patience then Catherine is who you need to see. She knows her stuff and very knowledgeable.

Catherine was very knowledgeable, quick to answer questions and very patient. I brought my mother in law in to change phones and Catherine was very kind to her as older people don’t always understand technology. We went back to buy a second phone for a family member because of her service.

Catherine was knowledgeable and very patient with a not-so-techy client. I felt she was honest and efficient. I was the only customer at the time and we both wore our masks.
