Perfect Location, very clean, nice jet tub in the upgraded suite. Free coffee in the lobby. I had my service dog and they were very accommodating! I will definitely be back.

Everything was super easy and our room was absolutely beautiful. The location has beautiful scenery, a couple of steakhouses, and a bar and grill right next door. Our room had a huge whirlpool tub, the biggest I've ever seen in a hotel room. Many of the rooms have riverview porches, ours did and I loved it. The staff has left cute little notes around the place to let you know how to be considerate of everyone. I thought that was sweet and personal.

Put us in the middle of where we needed to be. Nice clean rooms. Only complaint we needed to almost beg them to come make the beds having stayed a week.

Very roomy. Beautiful view of water. Rooms were clean and quiet. Loved that there were two sink areas. Staff was very friendly. We were there for 3 nights. Staff very accommodating for our arrival time at 4 am

The room was large, with 2 sinks. 2 Queen beds, very comfortable. Clean. No coffeemaker in the room, but they have coffee near the lobby. The balcony is perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. The view is spectacular!!

We stay here for wrestling sectionals. The hotel is close to the school and places to eat. The staff is extremely friendly, the rooms are very clean. Overall it was a great experience.

It was very nice! If you sit out on the back deck you have a great view of the river! They have a little library shelf on the second floor and they have an ice machine on the first floor and they have an elevator. Be careful with the mini fridge because it works so if you turn it all the way up you're going to have some frozen stuff in there!

Decor is dated and tv has limited channels but room was nice and had all the iminities. Staff was friendly and accommodating and you can't beat the jacuzzi tub, the patio or the view. No continental breakfast, which was a bummer. But restaurant right there had inexpensive and tasty breakfast. Front desk had ironing board and iron we could use too! Great couple's weekend get away spot and we are headed back soon! Perfect for what we wanted... a nice relaxing getaway!

Couldn't find a room in Rockford because of a huge high school lacrosse tournament. Glad I couldn't. Beautiful drive along the Rock River to the Paddle Wheel.

The Inn is literally right next to the river and it is a gorgeous view. The Laredo Taft statue of the Blackhawk Chief is not quite visible, but you can see it in all its glory if you drive into downtown Oregon.

Is this hotel fancy? No. Does it need a decor update? Probably. But the staff was great. The rooms were clean, the water pressure was dynamite and the wifi was reliable. And the price was right! So glad I stayed here instead of a corporate chain off the highway in Rockford.

Nice place right on the river. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Wish I could have explored the outside a little more, unfortunately a huge storm came through. Several restaurants and a paddle boat are located on sight.

Far better than I expected. Very friendly staff as soon as you walk in. We called about 45 minutes before we arrived and asked for the air to be turned on. The room was cool when we arrived. Very spacious room. Very clean. Amazing view overlooking the river. I cant wait to stay here again.

Pleasant experience and friendly staff. View this time of year is amazing and having the Black Hawk statue right across the river was great especially at night. Must get a balcony room though. Cleanliness was good as well.

We stayed for a wedding at Stronghold just down the road. Check in was quick and easy. The hotel was clean and quiet. Beds were fine but you should ask for more pillows before reception goes home for the night. Our room was small everyone else in the wedding had really nice suites. There is an interesting restaurant right next door that was great as well.

Great spot on the Rock River and next to a couple of awesome dining locations. The view is splendid on the river side. Our room is spacious and well appointed with the second level loft and balcony. Will definitely stay again.

Fairly priced. Feels cozy. Very quiet from road noise, but the walls are a bit thin. Floors are squeaky. Not bad, would stay again.

Absolutely Love The View Of The River From The Paddle Wheel Inn! Our Room Was Very Clean And Comfy! Included A Microwave, Small Refrigerator, and Recliner Along With The Desk, Entertainment Center, Small Table with 2 Chairs and The Bed! Only Downfall Would be The View Is On The Parking Lot Side and Shower Is Small But That Is Explained In the Pricing! Very Friendly and Knowledgable Staff!! Perfect Getaway!

Saturday morning I decided I wanted a little getaway for myself and found this little gem The Paddle Wheel Inn. I was graciously allowed to check in early and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. My whirlpool room was spotless with a lovely view of the Rock River. It's very close to White Pines State Park which is beautiful and had 2 restaurants on site. The lady at the desk was very friendly and there is a paddle boat that cruises the Rock River that reservations can be booked with. I will definitely return here for future relaxing weekends.
