Blown away by our experience here! The food is wonderful, particularly the pizza! The owners are super friendly, too. We will be back when in the area again!

20 o. z. Ribeye steak and the Italian beef sandwich was Excellent ! Cold drinks plus Jason Melissa and crew are cool people. If you are in the area give sledgehammers a swing. Best steak in town especially when Jason is Manning the grill !

It's a good experience bikers, karaoke, nice food, and hosting, friendly place. The most important for me is the one who runs the bar she is very friendly and pretty women.

Love the food, and the company. Highly recommend this as a place to stop for a meal, drink or weekend entertainment.

One of the best bars I have been to in a while !! I was in town for a event and spent a few hours here drinking and having a good time. Would recommend !!

Great staff, amazing burgers and attentive service the entire time always. Super fantastic and friendly Environment. With boat docks just before the north bend. A phenomenal view with the Blackhawk Statue across the rock river. Along side the paddle wheel Inn. Offering a safe place to stay in. Just a skip, hop & jump away; from the historical town of Oregon, IL. I have had nothing but a outstanding experience every time I visit. Definitely my overall favorite go to place. Right in my first home town, I may say!!!

Went there with a few biker friends some new and some old to sledgehammers food always good. Service is great atmosphere no complaints.

Loved it here. Good vibes, nice friendly service. Melissa was the perfect bartender and told me about things that I wanted more than what I thought I wanted to order! They have a beautiful outdoor patio area with a live band playing when we went. Soapstone was an awesome and fun band! I will definitely come back here. :D

Lots of live music outside in the large beer garden. They also have a large front deck with tables and seating. The drinks are excellent. The staff is super friendly and engages with their customers. Private slot room with some comfy recliners if you just want to sit quietly with someone who is gambling. The food is excellent if a little pricey but you get a lot. Good place to stop when out riding motorcycles. Lot is gravel but not deep or super loose so riders don't have too many problems. All in all its a great place with a friendly atmosphere.

Met one of the coolest Cattle Dogs ever. Good service. The chicken strips are amazing.

We stopped by on our way home from shopping in Rockford today. The food was amazing the place looked awesome. So glad they made this place a fun and friendly place to go have a good time. The owners son was the chef and I was told we were the first people that he cooked everything we had. I was so impressed that I even tipped the cook 10 bucks. Highly recommend them.

Great atmosphere, good food and drink selection. Bar staff very friendly and fun to talk with.

We stopped here for a fund raiser and raffle and decided to try the food as well. I had the fried pickle wedges and my wife had the fried mushrooms. Both were quite good with a delicious breading. We both had captain and diets to wash them down and the bartenders were both quick to help when needed.

Great atmosphere and the food was delicious. The staff was fun and friendly and very hospitable. I will definitely be back even though I live over two hours away. Jason,Melissa and DiDi are the best people you’ll ever meet.
