Can’t say enough about this store.
Brenden went above & beyond on 2 separate occasions. 1st he took the time to measure my feet. Come to find out I actually had been buying a 1/2 size to big. After listening to my issues & trying multiple shoes I found what I needed. A couple weeks later my husband went in. Brenden put forth the same effort to find him the perfect fit.
It is refreshing to go where customer service is top notch & they are extremely knowledgeable.

The manager Virgil stayed with me for over 30min while I picked the right shoe and even suggested I try a pair of New Balance that were cheaper then the pair I was looking at. Amazing place, great selection and customer service is excellent. They also have the biggest hey dude, and hoka collection I have ever seen. The new airforce ones they have are unique. Check them out if you need anything.

I almost ordered shoes online because of the comments about employees not wearing masks, but I decided to go check it out because I'm much rather shop local. I was happily surprised that everyone was wearing masks and I got great customer service. You can go and feel safe; employees are wearing masks.

The only place my husband can find the specific Brooks shoe or newbalance shoe he will wear. Having gone to several stores through the years we've found that some shoes are always the same price. At this store they always have them in stock and up to date stock.

SO and I picked up a pair of shoes last weekend. Very helpful staff, they picked out several pairs of shoes that fit our criteria and let us try them on. Would definitely go back the next time we're looking for shoes.

Nice and helpful costumers atencion

Great selection of shoes that are hard to find anywhere else. Unfortunately, now during COVID and the mall asking everyone to wear facemasks, NONE of the employees at this store wear one. And they got so close to us when trying to show a style that one guy was literally 10 inches from my face. I backed off and we left the store. I've seen sick patients and am not willing to risk it.

great service in the store. but neither employee was properly wearing a mask (nose/mouth exposed). it's 2020, covid isn't going away anytime soon, especially if people can't even wear a mask properly. Seriously. just wear a mask. we've already had 6 months of this... don't make it years.
