Instead of taking the easy way out that so many people do nowadays, he offered a solution to help me with my issue quickly and efficiently after I told him my situation. This Jewel has a nice variety of fruits and veggies. Also a nice bakery, prepared foods, and deli section. Customer service is good.

Spoke with Bryan @ the Pharmacy, total professional and very efficient. He was able to identify the error made by the staff of Premier Dermatology.

Went here for my Covid test, they told me I'd get my results within 24 hours. Called today and now they are saying within 36 hours. Do not test here if you need results fast, I can't board the plane without results. Thankfully, Sarah helped me get the rapid test done so that I'm all set to travel

Service slow, but Pharmacy staff is friendly and helpful...please work on the speed of service. Thank you.

They need to keep more medications in stock instead of placing new orders everytime. Prescriptions are never ready at the time they give you.

In line at the pharmacy today, apparently they closed at 1:00 for Memorial day -Understand that. I was in line with 1 person ahead of me and no one behind me and pharmacist called out that they were closed. It was 1:03 really? You can't handle 2 more customers? Guy ahead of me got a manager from Jewel to get his antibiotics pharmacist said that was the only reason she was helping him. I didn't complain but I think that is lousy ☹

I like going to this Jewel-Osco because it is close to my house other then that, I do not like it. The prices are not the best in town, so I only come here when I'm in a pinch.
