We haven't been back in over 4 years since our Sadie passed away. Came back with our new Jack Russel-Griffey, and both the veterinarians we met were fantastic. Highly recommend this location.

We just had our first appointment (x4) at Countryside. Thank you to the staff and Dr. Kennedy for being so gentle with my rescue cats. Everyone was very kind and helpful, and the clinic was spotless and run very efficiently. I'm glad that we're new patients at VCA Countryside of Hamburg!

Recently lost our beloved daisy dog..she was such an amazing friend. They were very professional and did what had to be done for the animal.

I have a very large dog who is hyper and very lovable and wants love from everyone. They all showed him love got him what he needed and said a great see you later to him. They didn't even mind that he lifted a leg to mark his territory when we went to leave, smiled and told me happens all the time not to worry and they would see us next time. Wonderful people and great vet!

This was our first visit to a Vet where my dog actually felt comfortable, no anxiety from him at all. He even went up to the doctor willingly (that has never happened before). Everyone there was very nice and helpful.
When I saw how professional everyone there was plus the test they ran, I was concerned as to how much it would cost, but it ended up being quite a bit less than I planned for.
Best experience I've ever had at a Vet. Highly recommended.

Dr. Stall, Dr. Mabel, Esther, Dan, Mandy, Denise, and the rest of the VCA Hamburg team are amazing. They truly are compassionate and provide expert care to their patients and their parents.

Very caring atmosphere. Dr. Brunette is fantastic. Dr. Mabel also helped us immensely in a very difficult time.

A big shout out to the staff at VCA Hamburg for their friendliness, compassion and patience. We brought in our 20 week old rescue and he was incredibly anxious. The Dr. and vet techs collaborated with us on how to best provide for Archer during this visit and together came up with a plan on how to provide for him. From the admin staff, to vet techs and the Dr. we were so pleased.

VCA Countryside has been our go to Vet Clinic for over 13 years. We appreciate the good work they do!

So far so good, took our Frenchie for our first visit. Had to wait a bit long but our baby didn't cry or coward down either they were happy to see us. Nice

I recently had to say goodbye to my dog, as sad of a situation it was. They really managed to make it a bittersweet experience. They really did a great job with my dogs ashes. They included a very nice card.

Pet care program is a must for new pets makes keeping your pets up to date affordable.

The care and compassion my pup and I received here is unmatched. My boy was a runt with a lot of different issues and I always felt confident in the answers I received. When he needed a specialist, I got a referral. This team really cares about your beloved furry family members. I'll continue to come here with all my pets as long as I'm within driving distance.

The doctors at Countryside are great! Most of our visits are with Dr. Kennedy and she has always been there for our us. Over the years she has seen our dogs through two major surgeries; and she has also given us lots of support with our epi-dog. Anyone who has a dog with epilepsy knows how scary this disease can be and how important the support is. If we have any questions she gets back to us right away. Sometimes even when she is on vacation! We think she is the BEST! We are also impressed with the vet technicians. They are able handle our big dogs which is not an easy task at times! Overall this is a great place with a high level of care.

We've taken all of our pets here since 2002. They are amazing. Everyone has always been kind and compassionate. Routine visits are a breeze and they are very accommodating of the unexpected things as well. Our pets have had varied temperaments and they have managed all of them with ease. We are grateful for Countryside of Hamburg!

Easy quick service with safety protocols in place. You check in from your car, go directly to exam room. After service you walk out the side door to your car and they process your payment over the phone.
Ask for Dr. Nate, he was very good with our cat Sissy!

We had to see Dr. Walling today for the euthanasia of our beloved Izzy. This is a terrible day, but his compassion and gentleness made it a bearable experience. Our family is ever so grateful for the grace and kindness that him and his staff showed all of us. We have dealt with many other vet clinics, none have compared. Prices were the best, the facility was clean, and the staff was caring. Thank you again for helping our best friend stop suffering in her old age. She went to sleep in peace and comfort thanks to you guys. We will show our loyalty and have our young dog seen at countryside for her needs. Our family gives this hospital the highest of recommendations!

Excellent and compassionate. My kitty was sick and we were able to get him in to be seen the same day. They were thorough and sensitive. Unfortunately my kitty was diagnosed with cancer, but they took the time to explain how to care for him during his remaining time. Would highly recommend!

The staff here was wonderful. Our primary vet was on vacation and we had an emergent situation with our cat. They got us in quickly and made the situation as easy as it possibly could have been. Their kindness, compassion and professionalism will not be forgotten.

We had to put our cat down, and they were prompt, and very compassionate. We bring all our pets here and they are wonderful!
