Stacey was my attorney for my divorce and she did a wonderful job. Stacey is down to earth and family oriented, she really cares to make sure your case is resolved as smoothly as possible. For anyone looking for an attorney that will represent you like this is happening to her, I would recommend hiring Stacey immediately! Thank you so much Stacey for all of your hard work.

Stacey is the most empathetic, down to earth, driven, focused attorney. Stacey never missed a phone call, had a “no nonsense” approach and helped me look at the situation without the emotion which helped me immensely both in my legal case and healing process. Stacey is a true professional and a gem of a human. I will be forever thankful for Stacey and her expertise.

I hired Stacey to defend me on a probation violation related to unsuccessful completion of rehab. I was unsuccessfully discharged because I wore a low-cut shirt with a scarf on top, to cover my chest. The rehab had never written me up or spoken with me about their concerns, including the fact that I was apparently unsuccessful. I learned this when I was being handcuffed. My PO confirmed with the rehab that they had never mentioned any of this, and she told me she would come to my court date so that we could ask her about the rehab's handling of my "unsuccessful" endeavor. She didn't believe I would violate and she was on the stand to tell my side.

This was an easy case. We had my PO on the stand, wanting to be questioned, and I wasn't aware that I was unsuccessful until I was in handcuffs. Stacey didn't question my PO about the rehab, my lack of disciplinary actions, or their reluctance to allow me to correct any potentially problematic necklines. Stacey didn't ask her anything at all, and my PO was there to help me. I asked to read the judge what I had written about the rehab's conduct, and she advised me not to speak. Stacey just wanted to get home.

A moment before sentencing on this ludicrous violation, the prosecutor stood up and asked if the attorneys could approach the bench? They whispered, and Stacey came back to me with a waiver. She said, "Your judge was previously affiliated with your case."

I thought, "Yes, she has sentenced me before. She sent me to rehab two months ago, and revoked my HYTA before that. This judge stuck a 20-year felony on my record a couple months ago. I remember her."

Stacey advised me to sign the form and proceed with allowing the judge to sentence me. The judge gave me a year for that neckline violation. After I had been in jail for a couple of weeks, I learned that my judge was the prosecutor on the original case. I wasn't properly sentenced to rehab, let alone did I violate. I had a bona fide mistrial-- a few of them, actually.

Waited 5 months and she never followed through with anything. Quit without notification. Most unprofessional person I have ever met. Worse than going alone.

I wanted to clarify her response which makes her look innocent. I never paid for a statement that was never given because in 5 months she did not do any work. Stacey even failed to show up at my court date that she was aware was canceled and did not tell me. Very unprofessional, other lawyers heard what she said and did with my case apologized as it was not simply disrespectful, but also went against everything these teach you to do as a lawyer. The response to my message 9 months ago is her standard response time to any work she takes on. Save your money and time.
