Best place to eat, with great daily food specials and amazing food surpassed only by the friendly great service! Reasonable prices yet best quality! My Michigan go to and recommended restaurant!

Had a wonderful experience today.The lobster bisk special had an amazing amounts of lobster. The flavor was fantastic, the Reuben was fantastic.

Who ever the bartender was Saturday night was a great Lady with a fantastic personality.

My team & I come here every time we’re in the city for business. The staff is incredible, food is great & pricing is great.

Fantastic, cozy atmosphere with homemade pizza that is phenomenal. I would highly recommend the drinks are cold. The food is great. enjoy.

Update 5/7/23 the service sucks! Go across the street. Staff is worthless, the place needs new ownership.

The food is absolutely horrible....and it is overpriced. It needs new ownership and to be remade with a different menu, theme, and servers. I don't think this place will be around much longer....there's better options.

Loved the salad of chicken, apples, nuts,
Lettuce. Fresh and crunchy. I will definitely return.

Great restaurant for outdoor people watching and amazing views of vintage cars and bikes strolling by the restaurant. We had an outdoor seat in the summer of 2021. The have covered and uncovered outdoor seating. The food was awesome. We had the spinach dip, pasta and pot pie. All the serving sizes were decent. I had enough pasta left to take home. The service was quick for a Saturday night. The staff was cool. I would definitely go back.

The food here is standard bar fare, but it's very good and there is a decent variety of items. The service is always good.

Young people at the post, married. 43yr olds who need to get laid come here. Come enjoy and buy some drinks .

I took a friend for her birthday to the Penn Bar & Grill. It was a Tuesday and it's Mexican specials. I had a great Margarita, large, for $5. I ordered a Wet Burrito with beans and rice. The burrito was huge. It was nicely presented with salsa and sour cream. I finished it all but it could have easily fed me twice. My guest had a chicken wrap with guacamole and french fries on the side. I tasted the fries, and they were very tasty and nice and crispy. She said the wrap was great, and it was huge like my burrito. She ate half and took the rest home. We ate outside and service was good. Definitely a place I will visit again! The prices were reasonable too!

Great classic bar. Delicious fish & chips and pretty good draft beer selection. It's usually quite busy and full most weekends, but worth note that all the indoor tables are high tops, so this seems to help keep turnover quick and waits reasonable even during busy times.

Excellent food. Prices are great. Great staff! Wow, somebody edited my review, wrote way more than that. Especially about the staff. One blonde female waitress, totally unprofessional, horrible attitude. Can't believe they would stoop so low.

Decided to give this bar a try this past weekend. The original place we were planning on going couldn’t sit my large group together. I’m glad that happened because I was very happy with us trying out Penn. Will definitely be returning! Food and staff were very good.

Amazing food and service! Our waitress Anna did wonderful the food wasn't terribly expensive and they found seats for my family and I when no other restaurant wanted to take us,overall this restaurant is amazing and I 100% recommended it

Great burgers and service.

We went for a few drinks towards the end of the night. Drinks were reasonably priced, no complaints. A little loud for me, it's not my scene, but I don't fault them for that. About 1:30am.
