The owner and staff are very helpful, personable and kind. Their selection of clothing is unique and beautiful.

Birch Wood went above & beyond to help my high school son find the specific gift he wanted for his girlfriend. In the window they displayed what he wanted but in a different color. They talked to him about what he was looking for, understood how important it was for him, and although they did not have it in stock at the time he was there – took our phone number & called us when they did. And when he went back to buy it, made sure he had a pretty gift bag. He was nervous about visiting a women’s boutique, but they made it a great experience. He wanted me to thank Birch Wood for helping him become someone who can give really good gifts.

This is one of my favorite boutiques! Their clothes are adorable and unique. They are my go to for gifts for all the best women in my life and they are always so helpful!

Very disappointed. Showed open until 4 today. Arrived at 3:03 and closed. Please correct your website.

The staff there is extremely rude. The woman’s name was Ramona. She looked me up and down when I walked in and said she didn’t think I would find what I was looking for. I didn’t have anything in my hands, no bags from previous purchases at other stores.
I was coming from work. I own a small landscaping company so I was in a Carhart jacket that was a little dirty but I didn’t track in, I made sure.

I think she assumed I wasn’t in a position to purchase anything in her store.
