I have purchased carpet from Main Carpet One in 2011, kitchen flooring in 2013 and carpet again in 2024. Each time the purchase and installation has been exceptional. I looked at many carpet samples in the store, took many home, took them back, brought more home, until I made my decision. Mike was out the next day to measure the rooms, the order was placed, and the installation was scheduled within days. The installers were there on time, cleaned up after the tear out and after the installation. They were polite and did an excellent job. I am extremely pleased with the service I got at Carpet One on Main Street in Royal Oak.

The team was fantastic to work with! Everyone was knowledgeable about the product and the installation process. The stair runner was installed perfectly (despite a tricky plaid pattern), and the result is beautiful! The store also has a great selection to choose from.

Install of the family room carpet and the treatment to remove the pet smells from the 70 year old house I am selling, went so incredibly smooth. I am 1700 miles away while this house is being sold and these guys did great! I didn't worry in the slightest. They sent pictures. They communicated just the right amount. Wish I had more floors for them to improve.

So easy to work with. You can go in the showroom (lots to choose from) and look and feel the samples, then take them home and see it in the space before you make a decision. They then come in to measure and give an estimate. Depending on what you choose the turnaround was pretty quick. Don did an amazing job installing our runner. Would highly recommend.

The team at Main Floor finished them and pointed different options on how to do them to match the existing work. Main Floor just finished the installation of carpeting for my entire house on 04/28/23. Extremely satisfied with the entire process and product provided by this company. They were knowledgeable, cooperative, accommodating, friendly and had more than competitive pricing.
Don't be a number and use a big box store thinking they are better somehow. They are not.

What a great experience! We have had so many contractors in our home since we built it from the ground up and these guys were the best. All the way from the sales team (Eric) to the project scheduler (Evan) to the actual lead contractor (Alfredo). They were professional, courteous and our basement looks AMAZING! I got a great deal on new vinyl flooring for my bathroom. Jim did the install and he did an amazing job. He was also very nice. He was done within a couple of hours and it looks amazing. I couldn't be happier.

The two young men who came to install my carpet were polite, respectful, and did a great job. They shook my hand, introduced themselves, and did a great job installing the carpet. They cleaned up, their work was high quality, and they shook my hand upon leaving and thanked me. Highly recommend.
