this has been a favorite of my parents for many years. I got a take out dinner which was my first meal from this place. everyone was very friendly and professional and hard-working. they take a lot of pride in this place and it shows. I got the beef and noodles and it was a fantastic meal. dessert was a pistachio pudding type cake. it was much healthier than most of the sugary type pudding desserts I am used to so it wasn't as enjoyable just because I'm not used to eating real home-made gourmet desserts. I see myself eating here regularly from now on. EDIT: Got fantastic enchilada there today. $5.50 well worth it. I'm not sure if the salsa was homemade but everything else was. forgot to ask. try the beef sticks!

My first visit to this place and I hope to get back there soon to try more f their food. I had the muffuletta sandwich. It completely filled a styrofoam takeout container! Cost $8.95!! It was delicious. Next time I would ask them to cut it in half or into quarters to make eating it easier. My husband had the roast beef sub and it was also huge and tasty. I enjoyed the vintage atmosphere. Interesting and unique local products are offered for sale: mustards, hot sauces, pickled products. The menu has many tantalizing options and the prices are super reasonable. Prepackaged to go meals and deli salads are available along with raw brats and various cuts of meat. There is a lovely park across the street with picnic tables so you can enjoy your food while you commune with nature.

It's what everyone wishes they had in their own neighborhood, an old fashioned butcher shop. They have a monthly "meat bundle," which we order almost every month. Love this place!

Amazingly good place for all things yummy. My relatives run this place with an army of cool staff. Amazing chefs and cooks. Yum yummy.

Great place to go and also very good pricing on meat. I come here a couple times a year and it’s always good.

You can't beat the daily food specials served here. Great food, large portions.

You can even order lunch here. I got the Philly sandwich and it was amazing.

Also had Jesse cut up my deer and he did a great job. 10/10 recommend

I love this shop! The meats are very high quality, and sensibly priced. They are very willing to please and almost always accommodate my special requests. I tell everyone about Sausage Haus, and hope they are there forever! I've heard their takeout food is awesome, but I generally just buy fresh meat, and have often used their catering.

This place is like a trip back in time to an old style butcher shop. But it's not really a full butcher shop, more like a specialty butcher shop. The products have all been delicious. Love the brats. Bring cash...they don't take credit cards.

This place is AMAZING! I treated 2 friends to their amazing lg tacos and since I was there I bought some bacon for today's breakfast and my friend bought some cheese and pepper brats. I used to live in Oconomowoc and would stop often, now it's a treat when I make the trip. The prices are really affordable. Most friendly owner's/workers I've met.

Went in to look for Italian sausage. They don't make it but can nake it if I want to. They said to come back in 30 minutes. I did, and the sausage was seasoned well and had the perfect amount of heat. Great job!!! My son will be here often from now on

This is my place to go now.
I been here two times now and I have gotten there New York strip and boneless rib eye and they are the right thickness and very tender. Both times I’ve been in there and it’s been Sunday afternoon and the people working there are fantastic. You got my business!!

Anytime we want some really awesome meat, we head over to the Sausage Haus! Just a week ago we bought two porterhouse steaks for the grill......omg!! The meat was so tender and delicious! We also always stop in before camping to get the beef sticks! Great quality meats and great prices! I am also getting ready to buy their "package" deals, just need a chest freezer first! :)

The owners and staff here are very helpful and friendly, their food is awesome too. I used to stop in back when I was in high school, and it's great that they're still going strong. Lana has the brightest smile I've ever seen, plus she smiled and said hi when we bumped into each other the other day outside of the Sausage Haus. I hope this place stays around forever! ❤

Stumbled upon this gem while checking out this great Wi town. Blast from the past but wasn’t disappointed with purchases. Gigantic, delicious brats and lasagna better than my homemade. From IL but will definitely make a trip back soon!

Had a homemade Deluxe Baked Pizza and had lunch across the street in park. Amazing taste and quality! Nice people will do what you like to satisfy! Will be back soon!

Quality meats. This is a family owned business and the take pride in quality. If they wouldn't serve it on their dinner table then they dont serve it to us! Awesome quality meats, deli and take out grill to order and fantastic homemade pizza! Not to mention the workers that show pride and greet you astiu enter the door! Outstanding!

I shop here almost every week and oftener in summer for the wide selection of grilling meats and deli items. The dog bones are prized by the puppy! Hours from 8:00 AM to 8 :00 PM most days. Good, fast, friendly service with plenty of parking.
