This place is so awesome! Stopped in to grab something in a hurry last week and Tom was so quick to find me what I needed, show me a couple options and get me on my way. Shop local!

I was having issues with my Rambo bike (which wasn’t purchased there). I observed the store was a certified Rambo warranty repair place. I took my bike in which Rob quickly diagnosed and helped me fix. Great pricing on the fix and throughout the store. I was quite suprised with how much stuff was in stock and how large the store was.

If in the area I highly suggest stopping in vs. going to fleet farm or other stores in oconomowoc which are usually out of stock of whatever you need.

Rob was super knowledgeable and taught me quite a bit about my bike and answered all my questions. It’s hard to find people that are passionate about their work in retail but he definitely shows it!

Neat store with lots of small town charm. I spent a while browsing and they had quality items for nearly any need you may have. I had no specific need for my visit other than a gift, but found my favorite brand of headlamps and boots, so I'll be back when mine need replacing.

Everyone I interacted with was really helpful, approachable, and looking to help. We're lucky to have an outfitter like this in Oconomowoc....as out of place as it may seem. It definitely felt like I was the PNW or the foothills of the Rockies.

Purchased a Sherper’s brand six person tent a couple years ago. Used it less than six times. Never had a problem. Last time we used it, noticed the rain fly had dry rot and ripped. Not what you want in your rain fly. Called the store and they said bring in the whole tent. They switched it out with a brand new one right off the shelf! Best customer service I have had in a long time. Start with Sherper’s before anywhere else. I would give 10 stars if I could.

After over a year of waiting through supply chain shortages, Sherper’s was the only dealer I could find, that I could feasibly drive to, that was able to work with me to pay ahead of time for a specific Old Town model and color kayak I wanted. Folks in the store were super friendly and one of their staff even helped me figure out how to tie down in the front and rear of my car. Everything from the purchase to the pickup was a pleasant experience.

Friendly customer service. They placed a special boot order for us on the 27th of November. We were told the manufacturer (Baffins) was really good at shipping. Even though it had to come through customs in Canada. Plus Sherper’s price was $100 cheaper then all the sporting good stores, including the manufacturers website. They called December 15th stating they were in. Hubby just picked them up today. Very happy since this was a Christmas present for a family member.

We went in looking for Girl Scout items. We were greeted by friendly and knowledgeable employees who helped us with find exactly what we were looking for! They were there to answer our questions without being pushy! They really meet all of your outdoor adventure needs! We highly recommend shopping at this store!

Bought an old Town Loon 120 today and service was awesome. The guys there were super knowledgeable and patient with me while I took an hour to decide on a kayak. Not pushy and nothing but helpful. They've got my business as long as I'm in the area.

We love Sherpers! The staff is always friendly and so helpful to find what you need. They will beat any competitors price and are happy to search for your items at their other location if needed. We've done kayak and paddleboard rentals through them and each time they've been so helpful to assist in loading and strapping down your rentals. They have plenty of accessories to safely tie up everything. The clothes they carry are awesome and great quality! Definitely check out this local business!
