Lorleberg True Value

I love it. A small town hardware store. They are always the best. I just stopped by to have some keys cut and they were not only helpful but very friendly to. That's hard to find these days. A lot of the bigger stores have people who are just there to collect a paycheck. They don't care about helping anyone but themselves. It's really nice to find a place like Lorieberg True Value. I will most certainly be coming back and recommending you to friends and family.

Good store, friendly people. Only very occasional lapses in service - but that is because of the plague affecting all retail operations nowadays, namely, recruiting, and keeping staff. I support the store as much as I can, because these brick and mortar operations are fast disappearing.

Super friendly neighborhood hardware store. I've only been in for essentials so far, but they've had pretty much everything I went in for and every single person I encountered wanted to help (but not in the annoying electronics store way).

I always shop n compare prices. Lorleburgs prices today beat, Ace Hardware, Fleet Farm, Farm Fleet, Home Depot and Amazon ... I came home from there very happy with my purchase. And their customer service is always above n beyond friendly n helpful.

This is a great location. I have not always had the best experiences at True Value but that is not true for this location, love going here. They are very helpful, finding products for you quickly so you can be on your way.

I have been shopping here usually more than two times per week for the past 7 years. I manage a 40 unit apartment building down the road and this place is very helpful when I need them most. I order most parts from a National supply house, but for short notice needs, you can't beat Lorleberg's!

Most things I can find on my own, but when I do need assistance, they are very accommodating. They are always friendly and polite and when I rarely need to return a defective product, there are no hassles what-so-ever!

Very glad they are a part of our community. They give back a lot and are a convenient choice when you need something fast. I highly recommend them!!

We called a number of Toro dealers in the area with no luck being a Sunday ,nobody was open. My husband called Lorleberg's and was pleasantly surprised they had the part to repair our snowblower! Often times we look to the big box stores for one stop shopping,we need to support local businesses!

They have everything I need to work on my projects. I mostly come here for nuts & bolts. I'm never disappointed. Quick in and out. Makes my life easier and more convenient.

Nice friendly employees. I have had my riding and push mowers fixed here. Special ordered parts.Plumbing, electrical parts, ect. Nice housewares dept.

Plenty of available and knowledgeable help. Found what I was looking for. More expensive than Home Depot, but worth it not to drive for small parts. Besides, they support many community events, so a few extra bucks comes back to me anyway.

Iam very upset with the paint department, we pick a exterior color for our house that was suppose to be in the Brown tones when mixed it look like the beige tan color we wanted. When we sampled the paint on our aluminum siding it was pink. We bought 4 gallons and where told it looked beige on paper by the paint department but pink on my house. If only my house was made of paper. So have they not solved the problem . As a Oconomowoc resident I have always shooed local, if this doesn't get resolved it will be the last time I ever shop their and will not recommend it. I would like to say the owner kindly replaced the paint and was very helpful. Thank you for correcting the problem.

Service is ALWAYS first rate. Prices are very competitive and you are supporting a local business. I prefer Lorleberg to the big box chains.
