AJ was a great pharmacist. He helped me fill my son’s prescriptions in minutes , Counseled me and answered any questions I had regarding my 6 month old medication. His positive attitude and politeness were off the chart. Thank you for being an amazing pharmacist.

I picked up some prescription recently and was taken care of by a pharmacist by the name of AJ. He is one of the best pharmacist that Oconomowoc has had in a long time. He definitely has excellent customer service experience. I am hoping to see him at this location a whole lot more in the evenings. He answered all my questions. He has a beautiful personality and is very caring to his customers.This was the First time in a long time I was ever treated this well by thd pharmacy department.

We moved to Summit four years ago and love our Walgreens on the corner of Summit and Thackeray Trail!!!
The pharmacy is great and the customer service whether it’s photos looking for finger splints, or buying candy on sale, we find them to be very helpful and go out of their way for us. Thank you!

I've been a customer at this pharmacy for over a year, and I've never encountered any issues. The staff is incredibly friendly, hardworking, and always helpful with any questions or concerns. I don't understand the negative reviews; my experience here has been exceptional.

AJ exemplifies the ideal qualities of a pharmacist. His knowledge is extensive, his patience is commendable, and his customer service is exceptional. He consistently greets everyone with a warm smile, demonstrating a genuine care for his customers. AJ is truly an asset to his profession.

We are from out of town and had to have our prescription transfered to this location. The pharmasist was extremely helpful and made a tough situation easier. Thank you

We went to this Walgreens around 9pm September 15th 2022, and the two individuals working the cash registers (one older female, and one younger gentleman) performed the best customer service. I regret not getting their names but went out of their way to help the young lady in front of us and then the politeness towards my party was the best I have seen in a long time! Thank you very much to these individuals!

It saddens me how unappreciative customers are at the pharmacy. Every time I go in for my medication everyone around me is complaining, some even yelling because their waiting too long or something doesn't seem right about their medication. The last time I was in today (2/10/2022) at around 12:50pm I was being helped by Miranda, (Tina? the pharmacist) and another lady, they were all being so nice helping between my medication and insurance fix. As I am waiting a bit in-between conversation on my medications there were 3 people (elderly) yelling and hollering because they were waiting for 40 minutes to talk to the pharmacist..
For all who read this remember, we are still in a pandemic and shortages of workers especially in healthcare is at large so be kind and understand they are doing their best. Thank you to all at this walgreens for doing your best

1,000,000 thank you’s to Stephen at the photo counter!!! He helped me for almost an hour as I scanned and printed a bunch of stuff. He was so patient and super optimistic - if you ever need help printing/scanning, Stephen is for sure the one to ask for! :)

Always easy to find things. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This Walgreens has an AMAZING pharmacy staff as well. Highly recommend this Walgreens

Staff is friendly and helpful. They make an effort to announce you can check out at the photo center which helps in long lines at the main register.

Seth in photos was very helpful even when things were very busy.
