Walser is the place to go. Philip was my salesman and it was an excellent experience for a first time car buyer! He answered all of the questions I had, explained everything to me, and made it easy. Went in without any kind of appointment, got to test drive the vehicle I wanted to see and walked out the brand new owner a few hours later. So happy with this purchase and my experience there

It’s not often that anyone gets to buy a car of their dreams, but I was able to after searching for months. Walser helped me make my dream come true!

Not only was I able to make that dream happen but Megan made the deal smooth as possible! There were a couple hiccups here and there, but Megan was very open about the problems and communicated very well about the solutions to make for said problems.

I’ve told her this quite a few times but I'm glad Megan was the salesperson to pick up my call the first time I was looking around for my Type R. She has been super awesome and I don’t think I could’ve gotten a similar experience than I did with her.

Efrain Tapia is one of the few decent sales people out there. I chose to purchase at this location solely because he was so personable & professional which is not the experience I received at Richfield honda.

His manager was great too & they both worked with me through the minor hiccups to make sure I could get the car I wanted and a fair deal on my trade. I was thoroughly explained my add on options without feeling manipulated or pressured into anything. We don't buy cars often, but when we do, we go to Walser! We did go full circle with the make and model. Originally, we wanted a CR-V Hybrid. I rented a 2023 over the summer for a month while out of town, and really enjoyed driving it. Still felt that it would be due diligence to look at other cars (including a non-Hybrid CR-V, as well as other makes and models). In the end, we bought a 2022 CR-V Hybrid. We have had it almost two weeks now, and have loved driving it every day!

Joshua England helped on the day we finally made a decision. He was great! Helped with looking at various CR-Vs; test drove quite a few, too. Josh was knowledgable about the various differences in the models and years, and helped with finding the right car for us. We had some questions come up in the first weeks, and he followed up with us right away!

We ended up financing same-day through Walser, and had help from Ray and Philip with finalizing the paperwork. Love how everyone works as a team at Walser! This is our third car purchased through a Walser dealership (second one at Honda; first was at Toyota). Would definitely go back to Walser again, and definitely recommend to others.

From the moment I walked in and made the first contact with the salesman all the way to the last signature it was very pleasant and friendly. My favorite part other than the most helpful , understanding and patient salesmanMr. Efrain Tapia was the fact that the sales manager is on the sales floor every step of the way and not behind closed doors. I recently bought my first car (on my own-ish) in May and my experience was honestly so great! Jacob was amazing and helped me over the course of a few weeks trying to narrow down exactly what I wanted out of a car performance and looks wise. I have to acknowledge his level of patience (I am so picky) and he listened to everything I had to complain or over explain about. After about 3 1/2 weeks I kept going back to the same car and we finally decided that it was the one for me:-)
Not only was Jacob helpful but he also made the process super easy for me, we went over prices and his manager Jeff gave me an awesome trade-in value. With it being a used car, and my first time he provided knowledgable feedback for every question I had, no matter how small. Aside from my awesome buying experience, I did have a tiny technical issue which I discovered the day after, but I called and Jacob told me to bring it right back and they got me scheduled for a day to go in and get it all fixed up free of charge!
Overall I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership, the management, sales reps, service and maintenance staff, everyone is so welcoming and wants everything that you want for yourself and more.
