I was there on a Tuesday, week before Thanksgiving, before noon, had any parking space I wanted, everything was on sale, no need to wait until black Friday, friendly optical department.

Love shopping here my daughter and I had a great time and she loves all her clothes.

I needed a floral dress for my daughter for an upcoming wedding. We went to Walmart, Target, Kohl's, Macy's and even Unique Thrift Store to no avail. But we finally found one at JC Penney's -- on the clearance rack for 75% off!!!

Found a good selection of big & tall men's clothing.

Sara was phenomenal with our 3 yr old granddaughter!!

I've always loved Penny's.

I went in to find my Tea Tree shampoo and conditioner in the liter bottles. I wanted to get both in the lavender mint or lemon sage, but they didn't have the latter and only the shampoo in the lavender mint. The sales lady walked me over to the salon area to find it but we were out of luck.
I decided to purchase the regular scent in both bottles instead. She was very helpful and kind. I watched her with some elderly folks before me and she was awesome as well. Assoc. 0531.

I always have a great experience at this JCPenney. The fine jewellery department has really great associates and management working who are so friendly and try everything to assist you.

My go to place for cheap suits. I don't say that as disrespectful at all though. The suits look nice and are extremely affordable. Got a suit 7 years ago and nailed a 6 figure salary job with it. Got married in a JC Penney suit. Also went to a friend's wedding in one. I have 4 total from here and I get compliments from people asking where I shop to spend big bucks and look so fresh. I tell them the truth! Go to JC Penney! Awesome suits that are very affordable!

I love shopping at Penneys because we have several children we sent gifts to over the Christmas season. I can always find them something fun or useful and it is reasonable and usually a bit less crowded. The cashiers are very pleasant.

I brought my sassy 2 year old in for pictures last week and Alyssa was amazing! She was so sweet and had great suggestions for backgrounds, poses, etc. She was very patient and did a great job getting my usually grumpy girl to smile! I'm in love with the pictures we got and will definitely be returning to Alyssa in the future!

I needed an updated wardrobe of casual/dress attire. Asked Bill for some measurements and he ended up helping me pick shirts and ties to match based on trends and experience. Told me about all the sales and promotions to help with any and all savings available. He was very personable and worked with me until ready to check out. Selection was fantastic as well. Purchasd drapes and rods They had an excellent selection. They were on sale and I was able to use an additional coupon. BJ assisted me and was extremely helpful. I would definitely return. The quality and price I paid was amazing!

I initially caught an online sale for two tees great price. I chose to pick up the items. They were ready immediately and all I had to do was go to the 2nd floor at JCP and show my pickup barcode from my email. Fast, staff member was very friendly.

The deals wrre great and the sales people were helpful and friendly.
One person even helped me carry my packages out as I had a big and bulky item! Very kind!

This JC Penney is in a terrific location and throughout my visits the employees have been wonderful during each transaction. I happened upon a great clearance section where I found exceptional fancy clothes. Thank you!
