The staff at the store was great, was able to get my bill paid. And I try and frequent my local stores over going to some of the larger stores if at all possible that way it allows those stores to still maintain operation. They still have a great selection and it still supports the community.

I went to three different macy’s locations prior to getting here to have my watch sized for me and they all wasted my time and told me ‘ we don’t have the tools for sizing that specific watch ‘
I can’t express enough how professional the lady who works at the watch department is, her name is Corrie and she took less than 3 minutes to get it done, now I know where to go next time

I gave Macy's 5 plus stars, at this location in Burnsville. I would give 10+ more stars, it doesnt go that far. A sales rep by the name of Sally is such a sweetheart not many young ppl take the time for older folks like me a person of color, very rare without speculation she extended her customer service to me even though I stop her in midflight when she told me she is off the clock, yet I help you what do you need. 😍🥲 i needed a particular item , we never had any luck with 15min on her personal time. Her dedication and lovely spirit, resourcefulness took me by surprise. I am beyond grateful for you Sally, hopeful your manager sees this review and gives you recognition with your humble service. I will check out MOA for my size & color. I hope they have my item I got quality service here I hope the same in MOA . Thank you abundantly 🌟

David in the men's formal wear is one of the best customer service representatives I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I went in to show a buddy getting married some suits instead of renting a tux and within 1 hr of being there I purchased 5 suits for the wedding party and even bought a extra one they had on display. Had we not had the attention and service we received I wouldnt have spent a dollar in there but I was more then happy to give Macys my business after our interaction with David.

Staffs are every helpful. I was going overseas trip and they help me find travel luggage with great discount. 6 pieces for $215 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽🌎

The sales clerk was nice enough to set aside the items I was interested in because we had to go look at bedding before I purchased the pieces picked out from the sale area. I also picked out a new mattress as it had come time for a new one. I am very glad to have gone this day because the clerk went out of their way to assure my shopping experience was a successful one. I was pleased with the online shopping and curbside pickup option. I was able to get something within an hour after purchasing it. Once I pulled up to macys, I typed in my info in the text and a friendly associate brought my item to my car. Easy peasy!

Somehow I always find what I'm looking for at Macy's. Good prices as well.

A nice clean store that sells everything but food.

Great summer sales. Lady in swimming suit section was especially helpful and explained how our wanted suits we're NOT on sale, but that a $3 contribution to Veterans would get us $25 discount and by applying for store card we could get 20% off out first $200 purchase. Store was clean and we'll staffed. Fitting rooms were also not cluttered!!

I really do enjoy shopping at Macy's. The store is always clean and well kept. The selection is spectacular; for me, my husband and our entire family. And for our home, too. I appreciate the variety of styles and prices, for every taste and budget. Macy's is my favorite go-to for just about anything I'm looking for.

Great place and one stop of clothing and accessories

Men's department staff is outstanding. Especially the older gentlemen, Wendell. He was extremely helpful in getting my suit tailored to spec, and helping me understand some interesting facts I would have never known without making this visit. I had no idea that in about 80% of people, their right arm is longer than the left and that suits had to be tailored to look correct with this fact in mind.

Very awesome service, and I only could hope that Macy's goes out of their way to commend and compensate employees according to this type of individualized feedback.

Whenever I go inside Macy's I always browse for way longer than I meant to, so many deals to check out! Their website always has amazing sales, too. I can never get enough of shopping at Macy's! My girls love the skirts and dresses!

Diane in the mattress department was simply fantastic to work with. Very knowledgeable and really went to bat for us when the first mattress we brought home was way stiffer than what we laid on in the store. I would highly recommend Macy's for a new mattress and ask for Diane to help you out.
