Animal Clinic In Sussex

Excellent service! Dr. Jennifer and her assistant, Lauren, took wonderful care of our sick cat today. They showed great compassion and friendliness towards her. We had results from tests in a timely manner, and I appreciated that the treatment options and costs were explained before they proceeded with the treatment. We look forward to our next visit.

We have an 18 year old cat who has been a patient at The Animal Clinic in Sussex for most of his life. Dr Jennifer has been amazing with our elderly cat. She spends time talking us through options for his care, and the follow up is prompt and thorough. Everyone at the clinic is caring, kind and helpful. We are frequent visitors, as our cat gets a monthly injection. I cannot say enough good things about the clinic and staff. Your pet will be treated as though they are family.

I recently had a delicate situation with my mom’s cat. The level of professionalism and understanding was amazing. I love this clinic and would highly recommend it. Everyone is very friendly, you get the best care for your pet, and it is very clean! Absolutely love it here.

We have been going to to Animal Clinic in Sussex for over 25 years. Not only have they been a blessing for all our cats and dogs throughout the years and keeping them healthy but also amazing to us when we have lost several animals throughout the years. Dr McKenzie and the entire staff is wonderful. Highly recommend!!

We absolutely love Dr. Jennifer. She is so knowledgeable and compassionate with our little fur babies and answers all of our questions. We would definitely recommended her to anyone with a pet. The ladies at the front desk are so nice and caring as well and always greets our pets with a smile and a treat!

This was my cats first time at this clinic and I'm highly impressed. I was able to get an appointment last minute because my cat had urinary issues and Dr. Jennifer was very kind, knowledgeable and healed my cat from a urinary blockage. The front desk people are also very kind.

The whole staff is great. Love the new doctor. Dr. Emilie is so thorough and patient and kind. Our pup is sick and I felt like she just really explained the tests to me and what to do next. The front staff and techs were all kind and welcoming. This is the 4th pet clinic I've ever used (throughout my lifetime with all pets) and this is the only one that I would recommend. So glad I gave Sussex Animal Clinic a try.

Friendly staff always there to meet our needs. Vets are very knowledgeable and have treated all of our pets with respect. We know that our dog will receive excellent care whenever we visit the clinic.

My dogs and cats have all received top quality care from the vets and techs here. When we first moved to the area I was concerned I would not be able to find the same exceptional level of care combined with compassion for my pets that I had before, but I found all of that here.

I have 5 cats...5. And Dr jennifer sees all of them! Literally a cat whisperer! But we've also seen Dr Rachel when we cant get in with our regular, who is also fantastic! ....but even a step FURTHER, the staff at the desk and the nurses are AMAZING. super friendly, very helpful. They often run donation bins for local places...and to their client who makes the pop up cards of their cat... I dont know you and you dont work there, but i love your artwork too!

Our little Daisy got squished in our recliner. We got her out and were afraid she might have internal injuries because she’s less than 10 lbs.We scooped her up and ran to the Animal Clinic in Sussex. The staff was so empathetic and the vet gave her a great exam. Luckily she was not injured. We are so grateful they were able to see her right away without an appointment or even a call ahead of time. Thank you!!

My pup has been coming to this vet once a year since July of 2018 he was 5 months old now 5 years old he loves being here. All the vets are friendly. I am talked through all the procedures and services, and told about cost before I’m decide and am charged. Once a year and my dog whines waiting on the vet to come see him. Friendly and I have anxiety like my dog does and everyone here is super easy going and make things easy to understand.

Friendly staff, separate (but in the same overall space) waiting areas for dogs and cats, and a veterinarian who took the time to explain what was going on with one of our cats without rushing and without being too pushy about recommended procedures that everyone might not be able to afford.

That cat is now pushing 19 years old with diabetes for several of those years and is still going strong!

Well, sort of strong. He's a scruffy old-timer after all, but he still has some sass! 😁

Ended up having something go wrong with both my fur babies (bunny and kitty) in the same week and they were able to get me an appointment within the same day both times!! all the staff I met was great and the techs/drs made sure my fur babies were taken care of properly. definitely recommend.

The veterenarians and support staff have been so great to work with. This was the only clinic out of five I called that would take my dog the same day even though he wasn't a patient of theirs.

We are from Pennsylvania but found ourselves in Menomonee Fall for 10 days as my wife had to place her mother in a memory care facility.

On Wednesday morning Peaches developed a ulceration on her side that looked really nasty. My brother-in-law had used this Animal Clinic in the past with good results.

We called in the morning and we were able to get an appointment 2 hours later (they had a cancellation). We had an amazing experience with Dr. Mackenzie. We spent over an hour and a half at the Clinic as multiple tests and x-rays were performed. I am sure that we well exceeded the time for the canceled appointment, but we were treated like we were their only patient that day.

Their compassion and medical expertise was just what we needed at this critical time. They got her in traveling condition and we left that day for the long drive back to PA. She is currently doing extremely well.

Their portal made it easy for us to print all reports and provide them to our local vet at home.

Their facilities are amazing and modern. I had never before seen an exam table that starts at floor level then elevates. Peaches had no issues using this "lift".

It is rare to find the right people at exactly the right time. We were so fortunate to have found these guys.

I would recommend the Animal Clinic in Sussex without reservation.

I took my girls to a different vet when I first got them but I never left there feeling warm and fuzzy or confident. I would always call anyone else I knew who worked at a vet clinic or had dogs of their own to get their opinions. Dr. Mackenzie is so thorough and explains what she is doing every step of the way and why. That mixed with how great her and her staff are with my dogs makes it worth the 30 minute drive to make sure my girls are getting the best treatment. Not once have I left there feeling the need to call anyone and review what I was told. I trust Dr. Mackenzie and her staff and appreciate all the care they've provided to date so far. I recommend them to anyone I know with pets of any kind!

We love Animal Clinic in Sussex! Dr. Mackenzie is amazing. We have a dog with special needs and she has never hesitated to go the extra mile for her, including collaborating with the UW Vet School.

Staff is wonderful and always willing to help in every way they can. They are friendly, informed and always respectful and attentive to myself and my pup.
