Kohl's

I love this kohl's store... I live in brown deer and when I visit son in Sussex I shop at this kohl's. Beautiful store. Nice salespeople.

Kohls in Sussex is the only Kohls to shop at. Their service is always friendly and professional. Associates have gone above and beyond, on numerous occasions, to help me find what I'm looking for. Also, they are the only Kohls that I know of in the area that doesn't make their customers walk all the way to the back of the store for online pick up. Don't the other stores understand the whole idea of convenience?

Most organized Kohl's Department Store! Clothing is easily accessible and in proper size order.

The store was clean and well stocked. Kris L. was my check out lady. She was very friendly and smiled the whole time. She was fast and efficient.

I just recently visited the Kohls in Sussex. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the store, also how very organized I would go out of my way to visit that location.

I love this Kohl's. Often, I see corporate people walking around, so they seem to keep this store stocked, clean and looking great. Always a good selection of clearance merchandise as well.

Came here to look for dress shoes for my daughter's homecoming dance and received excellent help from a specific man that works here.
Upon coming in the store we started looking for the shoe department. As soon as this worker saw us he asked if he could help us find anything and directed us by walking us to that department. By the way, they were out of a lot of dress shoes at that time. Only one kind left and that's the one we ended up getting because they were beautiful. The man was walking by again and asked us if we were alright and had any questions. I asked if that was all the shoes they had and he explained why it was. He was very nice and super helpful. I appreciate stores that have great customer service and I try to continue shopping at.
I would recommend this Kohls, but keep an eye out for dress shoes for women not being available or having very little to choose from. This just may be how this store is.

Super nice store! Alot of updates to make the store nicer and more efficient. Love that they have self checkout now especially when it gets really busy during the holiday season. Pickup has always been very quick and easy.

Friendly pleasant atmosphere! Also very helpful cashier, she mentioned I may have an email with a coupon. She saved me an additional 40%off! Love Kohls!

Staff is so awesome! They are always willing to help you find items. Even if they don't have it in stock. The Store Manager even took the time to show me how to use the Ordering Kiosk so I could get a gift sent directly to the Bride's home.

Excellent store and extremely clean. The people were awesome and very friendly. Each person I had contact with said hello and asked if I needed any help. I shop at Khols all the time and this was the best experience ever.

I grew up coming to this Kohl’s, and they always have a reasonable selection of men’s clothing for all seasons. The styles are generally more conservative but they are blended with current trends. I love their selection of winter jackets, all at a reasonable price for the quality. My jacket I used last season has lasted through 3 seasons and the style is still relevant. The pricing and sales seem gimmicky at times but I’m willing to look past that to appreciate the quality of the clothing and housewares, especially considering the local Wisconsin roots and considerable employment their corporate offices and retail locations bring to the people of Waukesha County.
